We are pleased to offer this 2008 Porsche 997 GT3 RS finished in RS Green over a black full leather interior. Marking the second generation of Porsche’s GT3 model, the RS version was a limited production homologation special featuring wider bodywork, more aggressive aerodynamics, additional weight savings, and a more powerfully tuned version of the 3.6L flat-six Mezger engine. This 2008 example is one of only 413 sold in the United States and features a host of factory exclusive options including painted interior trim, illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, and extensive deviated stitching throughout the cabin. Cared for by one prior owner and kept up to date on routine maintenance, this GT3 RS is now being offered for auction on behalf of its owner out of Georgia while showing just over 4k miles on the odometer.
This example comes finished in RS Green, an exceedingly rare nonmetallic shade of bright green offered exclusively on the first-generation 997 GT3 RS. The RS features wider bodywork than the standard GT3 along with black graphics on the sides and a larger adjustable carbon-fiber rear wing. This 997 was ordered with painted rocker panels, red taillight lenses, Bi-Xenon headlamps, and black 19” GT3 wheels with green RS-logo center caps. The car is described to have been exceptionally well preserved with clear 3M paint protection film applied over the hood and forward half of the front fenders. The seller adds that the car has never seen track use, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Paint meter readings also show consistent results of 4.5-6.5 mils throughout the body. The factory wheels are currently dressed in a set of Pirelli P Zero tires.
Inside, the cabin is appointed with black full leather and Alcantara upholstery accented by deviated RS Green stitching and painted trim. Other exclusive details include illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber and a storage compartment lid in Alcantara with an embossed model logo. The Sport Chrono Package was also optioned along with a standard Porsche CDR24 radio. A detailed list of factory specifications is provided below:

This 997 GT3 RS is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.6L flat-six Mezger engine featuring dry-sump lubrication, titanium connecting rods, a two-stage resonant induction system, and VarioCam variable valve timing. As much as 415 HP and 299 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission with an auxiliary oil cooler and locking rear differential. Other performance features include Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), a multi-link LSA rear suspension, vented and cross-drilled brake rotors, variable-ratio power-assisted steering, and traction control with ABD, ASR, and MSR. Routine maintenance has been addressed over the years by Porsche Exchange and Isringhausen Imports of Illinois. CARFAX shows the last documented service to have been completed in 2018 at 4,068 miles and the seller has provided a DME report for reference in the photo gallery.
This sale will include a set of two keys, owner's manuals, a car cover, and a clean title. One of the rarest and most sought-after 997’s of all, this beautifully appointed low-mileage GT3 RS makes an excellent investment as well as a fine addition to any world-class Porsche collection.

I will assist will all aspects of money transfer, trucking arrangements if needed, paperwork etc. but the payment will go directly to the owner. The car is privately held. @tubeguy - great questions - the original window sticker is laminate and included. The manufacture date on all tires is 2017 and the 3M film is very clear and does not need to be replaced at all. Happy bidding.
