The first 3-Series produced with a turbocharged engine, this 2009 BMW E93 335i Convertible also represents the first BMW to feature a retractable hardtop system. It comes finished in Le Mans Blue over Cream Beige Dakota Leather upholstery and was factory equipped with the optional M Sport and Premium Packages as well as a Comfort Access, heated front seats, and a Steptronic automatic transmission with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. It was purchased by the current owner from United BMW of Gwinnett in August of 2010 and has since received a Dinan Stage 3 Package including an upgraded carbon fiber air intake, exhaust system, performance tune, oil cooler, suspension parts, and more. Routinely serviced and with just over 50k miles showing on the odometer, this 3-Series is now being offered by its longtime owner out of Georgia.
This E93 is finished in Le Mans Blue and features an OEM body-colored rear decklid spoiler added as part of the Dinan Stage 3 Package. The factory-optioned M Sport Package also adds 18” Style 193 wheels that are currently dressed in Pirelli P Zero tires mounted about 4 years ago with approximately 11k miles driven since. The seller states the hood was replaced with a new OEM part following a minor cosmetic incident and describes the exterior to be in excellent overall condition with only a couple of touched-up scratches and some minor scuffs below the front bumper. The seller adds that the car has been garage-kept since their purchase in 2010, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing minor front-end damage in 2017.
The cabin is upholstered with Cream Beige Dakota Leather with Dark Burl Walnut wood trim, Sport seats, and a Sport steering wheel included as part of the M Sport Package. The optional Premium Package adds a universal garage door opener, digital compass mirror, auto-dimming mirrors, seat lumbar support, and BMW Assist with Bluetooth System. Other factory features include optional Comfort Access, Park Distance Control (rear), heated front seats, Dynamic Cruise Control, automatic climate control, and an AM/FM stereo system. Modifications include a Bavsound Stage 1 speaker upgrade kit, Dinan pedal covers, Dinan-branded floor mats, and custom-fit shearling seat covers.
The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter N54 inline six-cylinder engine was factory rated at 300 HP and 300 lb.-ft of torque. It has been upgraded with the Dinan Stage 3 Package including modified engine software as well as a Dinan exhaust system, intercooler, oil cooler, a carbon fiber cold air intake, and Cobb charge pipe. This package also upgrades the suspension with Dinan camber plates and a front strut brace. The seller states maintenance has been kept up to date with routine oil services every 4k miles and notes the Dinan package was professionally installed by Performing Imports of Alpharetta, Georgia.
This sale will include service records, the original window sticker, owner’s manuals, and a clean title.

@Hoomski @Hoomski, Hi, here is a statement about the exhaust on their website: "This part is legal for sale or use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles, Uncontrolled (Non-Emissions Controlled) Vehicles, and Racing Use Only Vehicles because it does not affect vehicle emissions and is not covered by emissions regulations." It looks like it should be fine in any state. Thank you!
With the exhaust modifications by DINAN can this car still be smog tested for CA?

The shocks and struts are OEM Msport, we did not add a Dinan limited slip. We have the paperwork where Dinan provided the verification and the Dinan 3 badge. I will upload a cold start and rev video tomorrow.
The shocks/ struts are OEM Msport and Original not the Kobi? Was the Dinan Limited Slip added? I know in other Dinan vehicles the Vins were serialized, was this one? Looking forward to a cold start and rev video Pls thanks
