Available for auction is this 2009 Porsche 997.2 Carrera 4S Cabriolet finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over a Sea Blue full leather interior. In 2009, Porsche's 997.2 generation debuted new driver technology, revised styling, and more powerful flat-six engines with direct fuel injection. This 6-speed Carrera 4S Cabriolet was originally registered in Ohio and acquired by the seller as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in 2013. It comes equipped with optional Sport Chrono Package Plus, heated and ventilated front seats, the Bose High-End Sound Package, and more. Now showing approximately 68k miles on the odometer, this Carrera 4S is being offered for auction by its owner out of Maine.
This example comes finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with a power-operated Cabriolet roof in Metropol Blue. The 997.2 update included a revised front fascia with larger air inlets, new LED taillights, larger exterior mirrors, and a unique reflector band between the taillights for the 4S model. Equipment includes Dynamic Cornering Lights and 19” Carrera S II wheels dressed in Michelin tires from 2015. The seller reports several minor imperfections around the exterior including a few small touched-up chips on the front end, a small nick in the rear reflector band, and some curb marks on one of the wheels. The CARFAX report suggests the vehicle was involved in a minor front-end accident in 2011, detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin is trimmed in Sea Blue full leather upholstery including heated and ventilated Comfort Seats with driver memory. Amenities include a leather-wrapped three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, the Bose High-End Sound Package, LED door pocket lighting, a Bluetooth phone interface, a navigation module for PCM, an XM radio receiver, and a 6-disc CD/DVD changer.
This Carrera 4S carries a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine with direct fuel injection and an output of up to 385 HP and 310 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven by way of a 6-speed manual transmission, allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4.5 seconds. The optional Sport Chrono Package Plus allows the driver to optimize engine performance characteristics, and the optional Sport Shifter provides shorter more direct gear changes. The CARFAX report includes 14 service history records dating back as far as 2009, and the seller notes that a 60k-mile service was carried out in 2016, the battery was replaced in 2018, and most recently an oil and filter service was done in July of 2021.

@dougherty99 See photo 44 and zoom in for a closer look. Its not a brake light but a reflector only on 4S 911's.
Can we please get a closer picture of the cracked red plastic uni- brake light on the back of the car that is cracked and chipped? How did that Falange occur?

@Bkm4463 Yes they are stone chips. The car was a daily driver for the first owner. Since I owned the car (2013) the car is only on the road from the beginning of May to the end of November.

Can you also please provide the age and date code if the tires. Understand if they are more than 6 years old, etc.
Can you please provide copies of receipts to work performed that maintained or repaired this vehicle? Helps to understand the car was maintained with frequent oil changes and brakes, clutch, air filters, and other perishables. Thank you.
