The fourth generation M3 is famed as the first and only BMW 3 Series to have been equipped with a V8 engine, providing an inspiring driving experience through a high-revving tachometer and performance-focused abilities. This 2010 M3 convertible comes finished in Jerez Black Metallic (A73) over a black Novillo extended leather interior and is said to have been previously owned by a professional baseball player of the Miami Marlins. This example has been extensively modified, including 19" BBS wheels, an ESS supercharger, an Eisenmann muffler, Fabspeed mid-pipes, KW springs, and more. Always garage-stored and meticulously maintained, this M3 is now being offered for auction by its second owner showing just over 12k miles on the odometer.
The M3 can be differentiated from a standard 3-Series by its unique front and rear bumpers, side skirts, M-power quad-tipped exhaust, distinctive power-dome hood, aerodynamic wing mirrors, and M-badged front fender vents. Aftermarket accessories include a CSL-style trunk lid, green-finished Brembo brake calipers, 19” BBS wheels mounted with new Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires, and darkened headlight housings. The interior features black Novillo extended leather and woven carbon-fiber trim lining the dashboard and door panels. Standard driver amenities include BMW iDrive navigation, automatic climate control, and Comfort Access keyless entry, while optional equipment includes Parking Distance Control and the BMW Individual 16-speaker sound system. The three-piece power-folding hardtop can be fully opened or closed in as little as 22 seconds and the seller reports all gauges and accessories to be working properly.
The E93 M3 is powered by a high-compression 4.0-liter V8 engine which generates as much as 414 HP while revving up to 8,400 RPM. Paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and limited-slip differential sending power to the rear wheels, this convertible can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in approximately 5 seconds up to an electronically governed top speed of 155 MPH. The M3 comes standard equipped with Electronic Damper Control (EDC) which allows optimization of suspension settings to suit the current driving conditions. Modifications include an ESS supercharger with a Vortec head unit, KW springs, shocks, and struts, an Eisenmann muffler, Fabspeed mid-pipes, and a Brembo Big Brake Kit. The seller states that routine maintenance has been performed, including a recent oil change. Additional service records are provided in the gallery, along with a CARFAX report with records dating back to 2009.

The majority of the BMW E93s have suffered Main and/or Rod bearing issues
Although there are whole lot less mileage on this offered E93, however, when
the engine was modified and/or upgraded with the supercharger, did any internal
components were changed and/or upgraded? Especially the Main and Rod bearings!?
