Now up for auction is this 2010 Porsche 987 Boxster S finished in Guards Red over a black interior. Offering a mid-mounted 3.2 L flat-six engine coupled with the performance and versatility of a dual-clutch PDK transmission, this second-generation 987 Boxster S presents an excellent choice for any driver in search of a practical modern sports car. Having spent its entire life in Utah, this Boxster S is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Salt Lake City with just over 37k miles showing on the odometer.
This 987 is finished in Guards Red with a black convertible soft top. The forward portion of the front end has been preserved under clear paint protection film, detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The second phase of 987 production saw notable cosmetic updates including new headlights and taillights, larger front air intakes with integrated daytime running lights, and a revised lower rear fascia with twin diffusers. Additionally, the S model can be distinguished by its silver-painted side air intakes and rear model designation. This example retains factory 18” Boxster S II wheels fitted with Hankook Ventus V12 tires dated from 2017.

Using this drivetrain, the Boxster S is capable of accelerating from 0-60 MPH in under 5 seconds while reaching a top speed of nearly 170 MPH.
