One of only 23 post-LCI examples finished in BMW Individual Dakar Yellow over a Palladium Silver/Black Novillo leather interior, this 2011 BMW E92 M3 Competition was delivered new to BMW of Henderson, Nevada with the Technology Package, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, and Competition Package. The car spent time in Colorado, Indiana, and North Carolina before joining a large BMW collection in Arizona. This striking Dakar Yellow M3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida showing just under 36k miles on the odometer.
This M3 was custom-ordered in Dakar Yellow (267), an iconic BMW color first introduced on the E36 M3. Exterior equipment includes a glass sunroof, adaptive bi-xenon headlights with retractable washers, rear Park Distance Control sensors, Shadowline gloss black trim, BMW M Performance carbon fiber bumperettes, rear spoiler, and aftermarket carbon fiber mirror caps. The original 19” forged BMW Style 359 wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires from 2015. The finish is said to remain in excellent condition with paint protection film covering the hood, fenders, and front bumper. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior is trimmed in Palladium Silver/Black Novillo leather (NCH4) accented Black Carbon Structure leather trim. It features power-adjustable heated front seats and a split-folding rear seat as provided by the Cold Weather Package. The optional Premium Package adds power-folding mirrors and a rearview mirror with a digital compass and garage door opener. The Technology Package also includes BMW iDrive with navigation, BMW Assist with Bluetooth, and Comfort Access keyless entry. Additional options include a power-operated glass sunroof, a rear windscreen sunblind, and a 16-speaker Enhanced Premium Sound system.
Under the hood, the E92 M3 packs a 4.0L S65 V8 which was factory rated at 414 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque, delivered to the rear wheels through a 7-speed DCT dual-clutch automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The Competition Package equips stiffer springs with a 10mm dropped ride height, retuned Electronic Dampening Control settings, and reprogramming of the Dynamic Stability Control, which has a higher threshold for high-performance driving. This M3 has also been fitted with a BMW M Performance exhaust system and has been maintained exclusively by BMW dealerships since new. Service was also recently carried out in preparation for the sale.
This sale will include a clean title and owner’s manuals.

These are all in amazing condition and will make even the most detailed buyer happy with their purchase, not to mention absolutely stunning to look at!
1. This car has been modified with an M Performance exhaust and H&R Sport Springs.
2. It has PPF (paint protection film) on the hood, fenders and front bumper.
3. A PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) was completed by PSI (Precision-sport.com) in Orlando Florida and their recommended service items are being completed.
4.The work on the PPI is being completed by me and is not an expense to the buyer. Shipping delays may occur to ensure the work is completed properly.
5. Paint and tire meter readings along with service history records are attached in the photo gallery.

@Neeraj if I can clarify. The rod bearing issue impacted less than 1% of the s65/s85 motors and most of them were early model years. A low mileage example such as this shouldn’t even be a candidate for such a job. Source: BMW PuMA

@Neeraj PSI did the Pre-Purchase Inspections and showed that the rod bearings did not need to be replaced on this car. The only issues on this unit that needed replaced were tires, tie rods, and tension struts as shown in the PPI attached in pics 149-150. It was rougly $3000 for these items. This E92 is a one of 23 Individual color Dakar Yellow's produced. Dakar Yellow is a throwback to the original E36 M3 color. This E92 is the only one of the collection with a factory sunroof. There are a few items that I would like to review as we get this listing started.
