We are pleased to present this 2011 BMW E92 M3 finished in Frozen Black over a Black Novillo leather interior. BMW produced two runs of the Frozen Black Edition, first in early 2010 (Version KA355) and again later that same year (Version KA373). This first-run example is said to be 1 of only 20 produced for the North American market and includes exclusive options such as 19" forged M Double Spoke alloy wheels (Style 220M) painted jet black, red brake calipers, and Black Extended Novillo leather upholstery with Mugello Red contrasting stitching. It was also optioned with the Competition Package, Electronic Dampening Control, a BMW Individual Enhanced Premium Sound system, the Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, the Technology Package, and more. Modifications include an Akrapovic exhaust system and Macht Schnell cold air intake. This M3 was delivered new in Ontario, Canada, where it remained up until 2017 when it was imported to the United States. Recently acquired from a large BMW collection out of Arizona, this remarkable E92 M3 is now being offered for auction by its seller in Florida while showing approximately 21k miles on the odometer.
This E92 is finished in Frozen Black (U91) with special equipment including a carbon-fiber roof panel, gloss black Shadowline trim, gloss black kidney grilles, red-painted calipers, and gloss black Style 220M M3 GTS wheels currently mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires from 2019. Carbon fiber BMW M Performance front bumperettes were added by a previous owner along with a matching decklid spoiler and aftermarket mirror caps. Paint protection film has also been applied to the hood, front fenders, and front bumper. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior features special Black Novillo leather upholstery (Z1XX) with Mugello Red contrast stitching on the seats, armrests, doors, center console, and dashboard. Optional amenities include the Premium Package which equips power-folding mirrors, a digital compass mirror with a universal garage door opener, and BMW Assist with Bluetooth. The Cold Weather Package provides a split fold-down rear seat, heated front seats, and retractable headlight washers in the front bumper. In addition, the Technology Package offers BMW navigation with iDrive, and Comfort Access keyless entry. Other options include Park Distance Control sensors, smartphone integration, a rear window sunshade, and the 16-speaker 825-watt Enhanced Premium Audio system. Standard features include automatic climate control, adaptive xenon headlights, an Anthracite headliner, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. The seller notes the instrumentation reads in KM/H due to the vehicle's Canadian origin.
The E92 M3 is equipped with a 4.0L S65 V8 which provides up to 414 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The optional Competition Package adds stiffer springs with a 10mm lower ride height, a remapped Electronic Dampening Control system, and a sportier Dynamic Stability Control system with a higher slide threshold. Upgrades include an Akrapovic exhaust, H&R Sport Springs, Macht Schell air intake, and Burger Tuning wheel spacers front and rear.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, and some service documentation.

These are all in amazing condition and will make even the most detailed buyer happy with their purchase, not to mention absolutely stunning to look at!
1. This car has been modified with an Akrapovic exhaust, H&R Sport Springs, Macht Schell Intake and Burger Tuning wheel spacers front and rear.
2. It has Stealth Xpel PPF (paint protection film) on the hood, front bumper and front fenders.
3. A PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) was completed by PSI (Precision-sport.com) in Orlando Florida and their recommended service items are being completed.
4.The work on the PPI is being completed by me and is not an expense to the buyer. Shipping delays may occur to ensure the work is completed properly.
5. Paint and tire meter readings along with service history records are attached in the photo gallery.

@scooterfree62 Good afternoon. That's not required on these cars as you can convert it from Kilometers to Miles any time you please inside of the iDrive system. You can even program one key to display kilometers and have the second key display miles if you prefer. It's pretty cool actually. Good luck and thanks for the question.

This E92 is one of the first twenty of 82 total Frozen Black's produced. Unique to the first 20 Frozen Black E92 M3's it has red interior stitching along with red brake calipers.
