The ultimate Carrera of the 997.2 generation, the GTS features a 408-horsepower 3.8-liter flat-six engine as well as widened bodywork, an Alcantara-trimmed interior, 19” center-locking wheels, a sport-tuned suspension, and the Sport Exhaust System. This 2011 example is finished in Black over a matching interior and comes equipped with a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission as well as a limited-slip rear differential lock, Sport Chrono Package Plus, heated Adaptive Sport Seats with Porsche-crested headrests, the BOSE Surround Sound System, clear glass taillights, Dynamic Cornering headlights, a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and more. Purchased by the seller in November 2016, this Carrera GTS is now being offered for auction out of Florida with approximately 36k miles on the odometer.

In contrast to a base 997.2 Carrera Coupe, the GTS version features wider fenders borrowed from the Carrera 4 as well as 19” RS Spyder center-lock wheels derived from the Turbo S. This 2011 example is finished in Black with side model designations in silver, optional clear glass taillights, Dynamic Cornering headlamps, aftermarket side skirts, and a GT3-style lower front lip spoiler. Other details include quad exhaust outlets, a speed-activated rear spoiler, tinted windows, clear side marker lenses, red brake calipers, and an electric sunroof. Some stone chips are noted as well as curb rash on the passenger side rear wheel and a missing front bumper tow hook cap. The seller adds that the driver’s side door and front fender were refinished by a Porsche-certified collision center following the accident shown on the CARFAX report in May 2018.

The Black leather interior features Alcantara upholstery on the seat centers, armrests, door handles, headliner, parking brake lever, and three-spoke multifunction steering wheel. Other equipment includes heated Adaptive Sport Seats with Porsche-crested headrests, automatically dimming mirrors, automatic climate control, cruise control, the BOSE Surround Sound System, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) 3.0 with extended navigation. Some wear is noted on the interior touchpoints, steering wheel, and seat bolsters.

This Carrera GTS is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six that sends up to 408 HP and 310 lb.-ft. of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission and an optional limited-slip differential. Equipped with Sport Chrono Package Plus, it can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 189 MPH. The GTS also comes standard with sport-tuned Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and the Sport Exhaust System. The seller indicates the drive belt tensioner was replaced in June 2019 and a new OEM transmission was installed in December 2019 at just under 22k miles. The tires, brakes, and pad wear sensors were replaced more recently in 2023. Some additional maintenance history is shown on the CARFAX report.

This sale will include owner’s manuals, a car cover, wheel locks, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know:Thanks for your interest in my 911. I purchased this beauty in November of 2016 as it was my dream car. I recently became a new mom and so I sadly need to let this beauty go... I did not drive it every day, hence the low miles. It was in an accident once where I was t-boned by a driver crossing over. All repairs were done by a Certified Porsche Collision Center. I also had the entire transmission replaced in December 2019 which is a genuine Porsche part ordered from Germany and cost $20,000. Any basic maintenance such as oil changes and brakes was also done at home by my father who used to be a mechanic. Anything major as stated above has always been done by a professional.”

@fj45truck Sure I can give them a call and let them explain it to you. What's your name so I can let them know?

  • fj45truck (registered bidder) 3 monthsago

Seller, In picture 88 and 89 it's clear there is significant damage to the lower corner of the left rear quarter panel. This damage can only be repaired by replacing the entire quarter panel or with body filler. The body repair report is vague on how this repair was completed. Would you be willing to have ask the body shop that did the repairs to explain how they fix the damage or give permission to speak about the repairs if i called them and inquired?

The comments stating false information have been removed, the car was listed on a different auction site previously and didn't sell. The vin is public and everyone can do their due diligence for a transparent and fair auction. Please be mindful of your comments. Thank you.

  • AngelinaArabella (seller) 3 monthsago

@fj45truck Just posted. No damage was done to front hood or roof in the accident. Just the driver door, driver front fender, front driver side wheel, and they got the front bumper too I believe. I know they had removed and replaced some other parts for the painting process. But not too sure how they did their work.

  • pinski (registered bidder) 3 monthsago

@jvuong yes, and I was high bidder.

  • AngelinaArabella (seller) 3 monthsago

  • jvuong (registered bidder) 3 monthsago

Same car hit RMN at $55k on cars and bids?

  • patkelly322 (registered bidder) 3 monthsago

Does @seller have photos of the damage and list of repairs performed from the accident?

Also, why did the transmission need to be replaced?
