We are proud to offer for auction this iconic 2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS.  Not only is this car one of the fastest production cars ever produced by Porsche, but is highly sought after due of its unique attributes and extremely low production numbers.  Based off of a 911 Turbo, the GT2 RS is equipped with an enhanced twin-turbocharged engine, larger brakes, stiffer suspension and overall aggressive look.  The GT2 RS is also known for its light weight design, using rear-wheel drive instead of all-wheel-drive and reducing the number of interior components.  As a result, this RS model 152lbs lighter than a standard GT2.

Being one of only 142 recorded examples sold in North America and 500 worldwide, this vehicle began life in Texas before eventually making its way to Florida where it now resides with its current owner.  Only having been driven a total of 8,500 miles, this GT2 RS is stated to be in exceptional cosmetic and mechanical condition.

Finished in Carrara White, this GT2 RS boasts a full carbon fiber front bonnet along, carbon fiber fenders, carbon fiber trimming on the side mirrors, quarter panel air ducts, and rear diffuser.  Viewing this car from the rear, you will notice the iconic GT2 wing with duel integrated air ducts along with a burley pair of upgraded GMG exhaust tips that give off an impressive sound.  The 19”black painted center lock wheels wear a set of Michelin Pilot Sport tires that are in great condition.  Overall, this vehicle stands in excellent condition with Paint Protection Film covering the front fenders and bumper. 

Upon opening the door of this RS you will notice an incredible black full leather interior that is paired with special ordered carbon fiber accenting throughout.  The factory adaptive sport seats remain in excellent condition and are equipped with 3-point seat belts finished in black.  The seller notes that an upgraded pedal set is installed and two roll bar cut-outs are present on this otherwise completely stock interior.  With an MSRP of over $268k additional factory options include:

Power comes from a 3.6L twin turbocharged engine that is capable of producing an astonishing 620HP which is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission as standard.  Performance numbers include a top speed of 205MPH and 0 to 62MPH (100KMH) in 3.5 seconds.  This car is sure to impress even the most discerning driver.  According to Porsche Motorsport, the GT2 RS was initiated in 2007 as a top secret “skunk works” project as a response to one of the Nissan GTR’s lap times at the Nurburgring Nordschleife with the Porsche eventually lowering the lap record by over nine seconds.  The seller states that the vehicle has always received its annual maintenance with certified Porsche technicians and it is currently in excellent running condition.  A DME report is available in the photo gallery.
