Topping Porsche’s 997.2 Carrera model range, the GTS version features wide bodywork derived from the all-wheel-drive Carrera 4 as well as center-lock wheels, the Sport Exhaust System, and a more powerful 3.8L engine. This 2012 example comes finished in Meteor Grey Metallic and was optioned with Sports Suspension, a limited-slip differential, Sport Chrono Package Plus, and Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission. Acquired by the seller in December 2020, this GTS remains covered under a Porsche CPO warranty and is now being offered for auction out of Missouri with approximately 23k miles on the odometer.
This Coupe sports a Meteor Grey Metallic finish with 19” center-lock wheels painted to match the exterior. It rides on a set of Pirelli P Zero tires dated from 2018 in the front and 2020 in the rear. The lower front spoiler lip has been refinished to address scuffs and the seller notes license plate mounting holes are drilled into the front bumper. A scuff is also present on the passenger-side stone guard and minimal signs of road-going wear are noted on the hood and front bumper, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The black leather and Alcantara interior includes optional seatbelts in Silver Grey as well as heated seats with Alcantara-trimmed inserts. Other equipment includes Porsche Communication Management (PCM 3.0) with extended navigation, a SiriusXM satellite radio tuner, and Sport Chrono Package Plus which adds a stopwatch dial to the center dashboard. An Escort 9500ci concealed radar detector and laser jamming system have been integrated as well.
This GTS is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine rated at 408 HP, an increase of 23 HP over the Carrera S. The rear wheels are driven through a 7-speed PDK transmission and an optional limited-slip differential. This 997.2 was also optioned with Sport Suspension and Sport Chrono Package Plus which enables acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4 seconds. Porsche Sports Exhaust (PSE), Porsche Traction Management (PTM), and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) are all equipped as standard on the GTS model. Maintenance history is available dating back to the original owner’s purchase including a recommended 7-year service in September 2020 with a brake fluid flush, new TPMS sensors, and rear tires. Maintenance performed under the seller’s care since December 2020 included throttle body cleaning as well as routine oil and filter changes. A Porsche Certified Pre-Owned warranty remains in effect until December of 2022.

I own a Meteor Grey 997 GTS cab. The photos never do it justice. I get compliments on the color even though it isn't flashy. It has some depth that other Porsche greys don't seem to offer.
Put a Sharkwerks crosspipe on this car and call it a day. You'll have one of the best models in the 997 range IMHO. GLWA!
