@captgiddyup if you change you mind or for any reason this will not happen let me know
@Biturbo MCK89 won. Game, Set, and Match. He gets my praise not my admonition. I think adding time rewards a sense of Fair Play & keeps Snipers away. Those who enjoy faster Internet Speed should not win by default. Adding time levels the playing field
@captgiddyup Thanks for letting me have this one. Had this one on my list for quite some time.
@Biturbo waiting to the last second to place a marginal bid doesn’t help with price discovery. Maybe next time, brother.

Auction is auction. You should never add any time to the auction. Not fair to the other bidders.
MCK89 would be a typical friend of mine. Smart and a real pain in my posterior! Congrats to MCK89 aka “Mr250”

@jamiec8447 There is a carfax included in the photo gallery here. No accidents. No unusual work. No problems at all with this vehicle other than the fact that I very rarely drove it.
Has there been a Carfax run on the car. Any accidents or unusual work?
@Mercyhealth - but it’s scary in a very good way!
You’re going to miss it when it’s gone....
@phil_c ditto on the scary part. I sold mine. I’m not the driver this car requires. But everyone should experience the turbo experience at least once in their lifetime.

Fwiw, I’ve got an’11 turboS cabriolet with 107,000 miles. Can’t even begin to describe what an experience this car is. Have had quite a few cars in my life, but nothing comes close. Solid, scary fast, and oh so much fun to drive. Life’s short- go fast and enjoy the ride! Good luck to seller and lucky buyer.

@clafemin excellent thank you for that information. I would have been concerned in only 2 changes over the car’s life.
Actually @Mercyhealth: oil changes on 8/4/14, 7/10/15, 10/16/15, 7/7/17, and 7/30/18. So five oil changes. I have the documentation for each of these.
That is probably correct. I will check that to confirm. But it just sat in the garage for the past 5 years. I would start it and drive it down the driveway and back up every couple of weeks but otherwise just trickle charged in the garage.
@clafemin wow I’m very impressed by your driving restraint. My ‘08 turbo MT called to me like a siren everyday to drive her. Averaging 300-400 miles per year is awesome, I drove mine 300 miles the day I bought it used. This is really an awesome build on the King of Porsche turbos and sounds like it needs a new home.
Carfax’s can be confusing and many times incorrect or incomplete. Your car shows only 2 oil changes in 8/9 years. Is that correct?
High cab2door. Thanks for the question. A black 911 turbo was a bucket list item for me since I was a kid. For the first few years after I bought it I drove it to my local club that is one mile from my house but never really had the time to properly play with it. I travel a lot for work, and work got in the way. It is a spectacular vehicle but it literally just sits in my garage. I am not a car enthusiast or collector, so decided it was finally time to sell.
@clafemin Stunning car. Just wondering. Why the low mileage and why selling?
