Representing the fifth generation of BMWs venerable 3-Series, the E93 was the first BMW Cabrio to utilize a power-retractable hardtop design. The 335i was also the first turbocharged 3-Series, powered by the N55 twin-turbo inline-six engine that produced up to 300 HP. This 2013 example was delivered new to BMW of Darien, Connecticut finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over a Saddle Brown Dakota leather interior. It was optioned with the M-Sport Package, Convenience Package, Cold Weather Package, the Premium Package, the Premium Sound Package, and navigation. It was acquired by the current owner in 2019 after it was traded into the selling dealer as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle in 2016. It has been modified with Remus race mufflers with carbon exhaust tips, a Berger Motorsports cold air intake system and cowl delete, a VRSF charge pipe, HD 5” intercooler, and catless downpipe, a JB4 with MHD backend flash, an xHP transmission tune, colder NGK spark plugs, and a carbon fiber front lip, mirror caps, and rear diffuser. Now showing approximately 62k miles on the odometer, this 2013 335i convertible is being offered at auction by its seller out of Connecticut.

The exterior is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic (475) with a matching power-retractable hardtop. Equipment includes adaptive xenon headlights with auto-leveling and heated washers, rain-sensing windshield wipers, integrated fog lights, a power-retractable folding hardtop, and twin exhaust outlets. The M-Sport Package equips an M-Sport aerodynamic kit consisting of revised front and rear fascias and extended side skirts, a lowered suspension, and 18” Style 193M star-spoke light-alloy wheels, which are currently mounted with Michelin/Accelera tires. An additional set of matching Bridgestone snow tires are said to accompany the sale. Modifications include tinted windows, a front carbon fiber lip, carbon fiber mirror caps, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser, as well as black slatted kidney grilles. The seller reports some chips to the front lip from road-going wear. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The interior is upholstered in Saddle Brown Dakota leather accented by Bamboo Grain Anthracite trim. The M-Sport package includes bolstered sport seats, a 3-spoke M-Sport perforated leather multi-function steering wheel with paddle shifters, and M-Sport branded door sills. The Convenience package equips Comfort Access keyless entry and Park Distance Control sensors, the Cold Weather Package provides heated front seats and retractable headlight washers, and the Premium Package consists of auto-dimming side mirrors, an auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass, lumbar support, and a universal garage opener. Additionally, a BMW iDrive navigation system with voice-command and BMW Assist with Bluetooth was selected.

The 335i is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged N55 inline-six producing up to 300 HP and 300 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed Steptronic automatic transmission. This 335i has been modified with Remus race mufflers with carbon exhaust tips, a Berger Motorsports cold air intake system and cowl delete, a VRSF charge pipe, HD 5” intercooler, and catless downpipe, a JB4 with MHD backend flash, an xHP transmission tune, and colder NGK spark plugs for improved performance. The seller reports the catalytic converters have been eliminated due to the aftermarket downpipe and may not comply with emissions standards in certain states.
