Now available for auction is this 2013 BMW E92 M3 Competition Coupe finished in Individual Frozen Black Metallic.  One of the very few examples produced in this highly exclusive color, this M3 was also generously optioned with the Competition Package, a carbon-fiber roof, Electronic Damper Control, and a Black Novillo Extended Leather interior.  Sold new at BMW of Henderson, Nevada, this M3 has been serviced primarily through authorized BMW dealers and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California while showing approximately 97k miles on the odometer.

This E92 M3 is finished in the rare BMW Individual color of Frozen Black Metallic (U91) with high-gloss black Shadowline trim. Distinguishing features of the E92 M3 include revised front and rear bumpers, side skirts, an aluminum power dome hood, quad M-Power exhaust tips, front fender vents with integrated LED turn signals, and a rear decklid spoiler. The seller notes the front bumper to have been recently refinished in high-quality PPG paint to address road-going wear, and the CARFAX report shows minor damage to have occurred to the rear bumper in 2013.  The seller also notes several minor scratches and scuffs throughout the exterior as well as peeling clear coat on the exposed carbon-fiber roof panel, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with the full CARFAX report. The Competition Package equips 19” forged BMW Style 359 wheels, which have recently been sandblasted and powder coated in gloss black. These BBS-manufactured wheels come mounted with a mixed set of Lexani and Bridgestone Potenza tires.

The interior is upholstered in Black Novillo leather accented by black Carbon Structure trim. The optional Extended Leather Package equips a leather-wrapped dashboard, center console, and glove box. Standard features include a three-spoke leather-wrapped M-Sport multifunction steering wheel, heated power Sport Seats, M3 aluminum door sills, and an Anthracite headliner. Optional features include a 16-speaker BMW individual audio system, a rear sunshade, and the Parking Distance Control system. Driver’s amenities include BMW iDrive navigation, smartphone integration, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The seller reports wear on the driver’s seat along with some other blemishes on the leather upholstery as depicted in the photo gallery. No audio or chimes are coming from the sound system and a warning light is currently illuminated for the driver’s side adaptive headlight, although the headlight is said to be working properly.

The E92 M3 is powered by a naturally aspirated high-compression S65 4.0L V8 engine that generates up to 414 HP at 8,300 RPM. Utilizing a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a Variable M limited-slip differential, the M3 can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.8 seconds up to an electronically governed top speed of 155 MPH. The optional Competition Package provides a lower ride height as well as retuned electronic dampening and traction control systems that allow more slip during aggressive driving. The CARFAX report shows a consistent history of maintenance from new, showing service at authorized BMW dealerships in Nevada and California. This M3 recently received an oil and filter change as well as a brake fluid flush, a new battery, serpentine belts, and new rubber trim around the windshield.
