Among the 150 Frozen Edition BMW M3s produced for the 2013 model year, this example is one of only 33 specified in Frozen Red paint. It presents a Black Novillo extended leather interior and is equipped with the Competition and Premium Packages as well as a desirable 6-speed manual transmission paired with its naturally-aspirated S65 V8 engine. This rare final-year E92 M3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Illinois with under 33k miles on the odometer.
This Frozen Edition M3 comes finished in exclusive Frozen Red matte paint complemented by high-gloss Shadowline trim. Equipment includes a body-colored rear lip spoiler, adaptive xenon headlights with retractable washers, and matte black 19” Style 359M Competition Package wheels. It rides on Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires from 2017. The seller adds that paint protection film has been applied to the hood and fenders. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report indicating minor damage to the front and right-front sides of the car in January 2016.
The cabin is appointed with Black Novillo extended leather upholstery and leather carbon structure trim with contrasting red stitching on the door panels, center console, seats, dashboard face, and multifunction sport steering wheel. The Premium Package also provides power seats, a power rear sunshade, navigation, and Park Distance Control. Additional features include front seat heating, an electric sunroof, M Drive, and speed-sensitive rain-sensing wipers.
The E92 M3 is equipped with a 4.0-liter S65 V8 which provides up to 414 HP at 8,300 rpm and 295 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a desirable 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The optional Competition Package adds stiffer springs with a 10mm lower ride height, a remapped Electronic Dampening Control system, and a sportier Dynamic Stability Control system with a higher slide threshold. The CARFAX report shows a total of 12 service history entries dating back to the initial delivery, including recommended maintenance performed in April 2023.
