Now available for auction is this 2013 BMW F10 M5 finished in Individual Frozen Blue Metallic over black Merino extended leather. The first turbocharged BMW M5, the 5th generation F10 model is equipped with a 560 HP twin-turbocharged V8 engine along with an electronically controlled Active M Differential with torque vectoring, and a 7-speed M Dual Clutch transmission. This highly optioned example features rare BMW Individual Frozen Blue Metallic paint, special black leather upholstery with Tobago Blue contrast stitching, the Executive Package, Driver Assistance Package, and a Bang & Olufsen premium sound system. This example has also been fitted with high-end aftermarket upgrades including tun 20” BBS wheels and H&R lowering springs as well as ESS downpipes and an ESS Stage 1 performance tune resulting in an estimated output of over 700 HP. Now showing approximately 26k miles on the odometer, this unique and well-equipped M5 is being offered for auction by its owner out of Ohio.
This F10 M5 is finished in the exclusive BMW Individual color of Frozen Blue Metallic (B94) a $5,000 option that was only made available for 85 examples. A ceramic coating was applied in April of 2021, and clear paint protection film covers the entire front bumper, hood, mirror housings, and lower fenders. Additional images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Distinctive features of the F10 M5 include a front bumper with large air intakes, widened fender flares, front fender vents with integrated LED turn signals, an aerodynamically optimized rear diffuser with quad exhaust tips, and a rear trunk lid spoiler. Standard equipment includes adaptive xenon headlights as well as Shadowline high-gloss Satin Chrome exterior trim. This M5 rides on a forged 20" BBS c-iR wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.
The interior of this M5 is upholstered in black Merino extended leather with black carpeting, Piano Black finish trim, velour floor mats, an Alcantara headliner, and Tobago Blue contrast stitching. The M-Multifunction front seats offer active bolstering, heating, and ventilation functions. The heated multifunction M-Sport steering wheel sits ahead of a 210-MPH speedometer, a 7,200 RPM tachometer, and a digital display. The optional Driver’s Assistance Package has been equipped which consists of lane departure warning and active blind-spot detection as well as side and top-view cameras. The optional Executive Package also equips a power tailgate, Comfort Access keyless entry, soft-close automatic doors, rear sunshades, 4-zone climate control, and a heads-up display. Other options selected include a pass-through system in the rear seats with a ski bag, and a 1200-watt 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system. Standard features include a sliding glass sunroof, Parking Distance Control, and multimedia navigation with Bluetooth, smartphone, and USB compatibility.
The F10 M5 is powered by a 4.4L twin-turbocharged aluminum V8 engine capable of producing up to 560 HP and 502 lb.-ft of torque. The M5 can reach 60 MPH from a standstill in as little as 4.4 seconds with a top speed of 190 MPH. This engine has been further upgraded with ESS downpipes and a Stage 1 ESS performance tune for an estimated output of over 700 HP. Power is directed to the rear wheels through a 7-speed M-Dual Clutch transmission with an active electronically-control M differential and torque vectoring. H&R springs have been equipped for a lower and more aggressive stance as well as improved handling characteristics. The seller confirms that all scheduled service has been kept up to date in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended intervals. The last oil change was completed earlier in 2021 within the last 1k miles.

@smogclinic That is correct. These are catless downpipe’s. A lot of people do swap these out so another option would always be to buy a set of take offs from someone on one of the BMW forms or on eBay and have them switched back over.
Does downpipes mean it doesn't have catalytic converters? If yes, this car will be impossible to register in CA.

@zollerm not that I am aware of. I did not do the mods to the car but the shop that did never mentioned this. They did mention the Stage 1, downpipe, springs, wheels and tires and new plugs but nothing further.
Has the top speed limiter been removed from the vehicle?

@MezgerTT understandable. Just walked in the door. No I am not aware of any paint work. To be honest based on the color of the car if any work was done it would be very visible as the entire car would have to be painted for it to match again. I do not have a paint meter nor do I know anyone with one. No etching the paint looks fantastic. Always garage kept and the entire car was ceramic coated this past April. Hope this helps answer your questions and concerns.
@lac8 Thank you. More concerned about paint work rather than a ding. Do you know of any paint work on the car, and do you have the ability to post paint meter readings as the frozen colors are problematic to match and etch easily from bird droppings, bugs etc. Thank you.
@MezgerTT thanks for the message. The vehicle does not have an extended warranty and is being sold as is. None of the stock components are available with the vehicle. I’m sure you can get air boxes on one of the fortunes as people do replace them with aftermarket options. Vehicle does not have any rock chips thanks to the protective film that blues been applied. I know of one ding. I will be home later today and will post an image the best I can once I am with the car.

Is there any extended warranty on the car - 3rd party or OEM?
Do you have any of the stock parts, such as the airbox as I’m not sure that open air filter set up helps as it is ingesting hot under hood air. The stock airbox would be a benefit.
And finally, has the car had any paintwork, what is the condition of the paint relative to chips, etching, scratches, dents, and do you have any paint meter readings to share?

@Yags hello. I do not have the original wheels as I purchased it the way you see it pictured. Mods were done by Parts Score in Arizona in 2017. No records were supplied with the car and I am not aware that this car has seen any track time.
Very unique color and the blue interior stitching is very nice. Do you have the original wheels? Has the car had any body work? Do you have the service records? When were the mods done? How much track time has the car seen?
