Available for auction is this 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 Alpine Edition finished in Bright White over a Black leather and suede interior. The Grand Cherokee SRT8 was the most high-performance Jeep model available until the introduction of the supercharged Trackhawk in 2018. For the 2013 model year, Jeep unveiled two special edition SRT8s featuring unique trim packages and colors. This Alpine Edition was acquired by its second owner from a boutique dealer in Columbus, Ohio, and is said to have been fully serviced within the last 300 miles. It comes equipped with a 6.4L Hemi V8 engine paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission and Quadra-Trac four-wheel drive, as well as a 19-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, 20” forged aluminum wheels, a dual-pane Panoramic Sunroof, and much more. It is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Ohio while showing just under 6k miles on its odometer.

The Jeep SRT8 features more aggressive styling than a standard Grand Cherokee, including restyled bumpers and a vented hood. This Alpine Edition comes finished in the premium shade of Bright White and features a gloss black seven-slat grill, badging, license plate brow, and step pad. The full font end is protected by a layer of paint protection film, and the seller has provided a collection of detailed images which can be found in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Details include premium fog lamps, Bi-Xenon headlights with automatic high beams, a power rear liftgate, and a set of premium 20” split 5-spoke wheels in Black Vapor Chrome with original Pirelli Scorpion tires.

Inside, the front and rear seats are upholstered in Black leather with perforated suede inserts and matching door panels. Black carpets line the floors and carbon fiber trim accents the door panels and dashboard. Amenities include a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, 8-way power-adjustable heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 6.5” touch screen display, GPS navigation, a dual-pane Panoramic sunroof, and a 19-speaker Harman Kardon sound system. The seller notes some minor wear on the driver’s seat bolster.

Power comes from a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 engine which produces up to 475 HP and 470 lb-ft of torque. Jeep's Quadra-Trac four-wheel drive system is paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission and an electronic limited-slip differential. Additional performance features include performance-tuned steering, Active Damping suspension, and Brembo brake calipers at all four corners. The seller notes that the vehicle was serviced within the last 300 miles and received a new water pump at that time.

This sale will include the owner's literature, a clean title, and a window sticker.

@Addicted2cars Yes, it has 2 original sets of working keyfobs, rear hatch power lift system works, and it has the spare.

  • Addicted2cars (registered bidder) 1 year, 2 monthsago

Do you have 2 sets of keys? Does everything work with on the remotes....meaning the remote start, power rear hatch open and close?

Is the original spare tire in place?

Looks like one "E" is missing on the passenger side from Cherokee. Not sure whether that's some other E that was added or what exactly but it's clearly not raised like it should be.

  • amor1064 (seller) 1 year, 2 monthsago

@Addicted2cars I could not disagree that it is, other than its not bubbling like that. It is located under the protective film and I haven't removed it to see if it can be buffed out, or absorb compound. It is shown as the ONLY flaw on this car that would need any attention. I would have had it professionally addressed if keeping it, but decided to offer as fully disclosed - seems like a stone impact point to me.

Good morning. It appears that the paint issue on the passenger front fender is rust. Can you please confirm that what we are actually looking at is indeed a rust issue. Thanks.

@fredinsancarlos Thank you for your comment and bid. I do not have the inspection report, however I purchased this via a very reputable, high-end boutique in Columbus (where I have purchased several cars) who inspected and serviced the Jeep prior to delivery. I don't have the time to get to a Jeep store now,

any records? You never had it inspected? Jeep dealer inspection would help bring $$$

@PCARVOL Thank you for looking and your interest. Since I have only owned the car a short while I cannot fully attest to prior ownership and services performed. Only that the Carfax did not show any open recalls. I present it with the same story/why I bought it. #1 Its flippin' awesome, prior owner was an older enthusiast/ collector who used this car regularly in the summers to drive back and forth to his golf club. I purchased from him via Toy Barn in Columbus where he wanted a Lambo they had (admire the guy). He serviced it himself for 9 years, it received a full dealer service at 5k miles and had the water pump relay then water pump replaced. (all on the carfax). I have the books, 2 keys, sticker, and used my eyes to buy it as there no other records made available. As new underneath as above. Only 1 paint flaw- passenger front wheel well, discoloration from an old stone strike coming thru. Time capsule gets overused so I won't do it...but every time I drive it (which isn't enough) I 'm in a new Jeep SRT8.

    Hello,
Very nice example and listing for sure! Question for you, do you know if the various recalls have been performed on this car. Thank-you for your assistance.

@INOV8 Thank you for your interest and question. The service done by the original owner in May22 (@5100 miles) was the last comprehensive service completed. The original (elderly) owner primarily used it to drive to/from his golf club (near his home) as he had a number of other cars sharing time. I have all of the books and both keys, but he did not keep service files. I also have a digital copy of the original $67+k window sticker.

  • INOV8 (registered bidder) 1 year, 2 monthsago

Nice Jeep! Do you have any service records from the original owner or yourself. Lube oil and filter other the most recent that shows up on carfax? I know by miles it was not needed but it has been 10 years.

Welcome and thanks for your interest in this next-to-new SRT8. I love the aggressive stance and sound of this unit and had to have it! Really hate to see it now listed here but international travel requirements have pushed another car into its garage space. You will not disappointed owning this Grand Cherokee SRT8 Alpine. Good luck and enjoy auction.
