Now up for auction is this 2014 Chevrolet C7 Corvette Stingray Convertible Z51 finished in Black over a Jet Black Nappa leather interior.  Marking the introduction of the seventh-generation Corvette, this 2014 example was debuted with completely redesigned styling, a new interior, and a new LT1 V8 engine.  It came generously optioned from the factory with the premium 3LT Equipment Group as well as the Z51 Performance Package which includes larger brakes, dry-sump oiling, more aggressive suspension tuning, an electronic limited-slip differential, special wheels, and an exterior aero package.  A lifelong California car that has been maintained through local Chevrolet dealers, this beautifully presented C7 Corvette is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Anaheim while showing approximately 28k miles on the odometer.

This Corvette is finished in nonmetallic Black and sports revised aerodynamic styling as part of the Z51 package.  Standard features of the C7 include a lightweight carbon fiber hood, advanced HID and LED lighting, and a new aluminum frame that offers increased stiffness and a weight savings of nearly 100 lbs. over the previous generation.  The exterior is noted to have been very well kept apart from a small crack on the upper driver-side windshield.  Additional images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.  This Corvette features optional red-painted brake calipers situated behind staggered 19”/20” Z51 black-painted aluminum wheels.  These wheels come dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires that are said to bear approximately 3k miles of use.

This C7 Corvette was debuted with a new 6.2L LT1 V8 engine featuring direct fuel injection, Active Fuel Management, and continuously variable valve timing.  This naturally aspirated power plant generates up to 455 HP and 460 lb.-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.  The Z51 Performance Package includes high-performance gear ratios, dry-sump oiling, a transmission-cooling system, larger slotted rotors and brake-cooling ducts, an electronic limited-slip differential and differential cooling system, and more aggressive suspension tuning.  With the Z51 package equipped, this Corvette is capable of accelerating from 0-60 MPH in under 4 seconds.  The seller notes that all scheduled service has been kept up to date through local Chevrolet dealers, and there are no outstanding maintenance items reported at this time.
