Commemorating half a century of the Porsche 911, the 50th Anniversary Edition was produced in a limited series of 1,963 examples for the 2014 model year, all featuring exclusive paint colors and special Classic Interiors along with the X51 Power Kit, wide fenders, and 20” Fuchs-style wheels.  Designated as Limited Edition Nr. 1664, this 991 comes finished in Geyser Grey Metallic and features optional PASM Sport Suspension, additional leather upholstery, and a 7-speed manual transmission.  Acquired by its second owner in November of 2020, this 911 50th Anniversary Edition shows under 6k miles on the odometer and is now being offered for auction out of Florida.

This 991 comes finished in Geyser Grey, one of two exclusive colors offered for the 50th Anniversary Edition.  The wide bodywork is shared with the all-wheel-drive Carrera 4S and features unique chrome trim, commemorative badging, SportDesign mirrors, and optional LED headlights.  The 20” Sport Classic wheels were inspired by Porsche’s iconic 5-spoke Fuchs design and come dressed in Pirelli P Zero tires. The car has been kept in a climate-controlled garage and used sparingly as a Sunday driver under the current ownership. Clear paint protection film has been installed over the front end and mirror covers along with a full application of ceramic coating. The CARFAX report shows minor damage to have occurred to the rear end in 2014, and a subsequent True360 inspection found only minor cosmetic repairs with the front fenders and bumper cover refinished. Both reports are provided for reference in the gallery.

The cabin is trimmed in Black leather with Dark Silver stitching, brushed aluminum inlays, Alcantara headliner, and Pepita houndstooth seat centers.  Optional extended leather upholstery covers the dashboard and “911 50” logos are embroidered in the headrests.  Other unique details include a commemorative placard and limitation number above the glovebox, and vintage-style instrumentation with green markings, white pointer needles, and silver-capped pivot pins. A complete list of factory options is provided below:

  • 030      PASM Sport Suspension
  • 27051  Limitation Number
  • 602      LED headlights incl. Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus)
  • 625      Porsche Entry & Drive
  • 636      ParkAssist (front and rear)
  • 653      Electric Slide/Tilt Sunroof in Glass
  • 680      BOSE® Surround Sound System
  • CZW    Additional Interior Package, dashboard in leather
  • JA        Classic Interior with Seats in Leather/Cloth Combination, Black/Dark Silver
  • Y3        Geyser Grey Metallic
  • ZAB      Ornamental Porsche Crest

The naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six engine comes paired with the factory exclusive X51 Power Kit, producing as much as 430 HP and 325 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 7-speed manual transmission with Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). This example comes with optional PASM Sport Suspension which reduces the ride height by 20mm for more precise handling. The car has been serviced at routine intervals by an authorized Porsche dealer throughout the current ownership, most recently in March of 2021 by Porsche West Broward in Florida.

This sale will include a clean title (Lien). A modern collectible with timeless styling, this 7-speed 911 50th Anniversary Edition will make an excellent addition to the next owner's garage.

Sorry if I missed this in the comments and/or pictures, but do you know how many engine hours are on the car now? I see the overspeeds happened at 325.82 hrs. Thanks.

For a 50th car this car is the spec you want, geyser grey launch color, 7 spd & the must have houndstooth . Based on the below Rennlist link, its one of a couple hundred cars with this spec in NA.

    Hello expoc2 (Seller)
Referencing slide 55/80 driver side lower bumper, please clarify what appears to be a 9" crack in the bumper or a scratch traversing from opening of cooling coil wrapping to underside of bumper.
Also, is there more to the multipoint inspection indicated on the Porsche West Broward invoice (slide 75/80) you can post?

    @expoc2 Nice car.
I may have missed your response to this question, but what exactly was the cause of the damage to the front fenders that required them to be refinished?? Did you pose that question to the dealer when you purchased the car? What was their response?

  • expoc2 (seller) 2 years, 2 monthsago

Just posted a cold start video, enjoy.

  • expoc2 (seller) 2 years, 2 monthsago

@Billymac Hey Billy, thanks for the compliment, car is even nicer in person.

I bought the car from the dealership and the refinishing was noted on the True360 inspection before I purchased it.

Once I got the car delivered the job was great I couldnt even tell the car had been refinished so I went ahead and installed the PPF.

I dont have any information regarding the actual paint job cause it was from the previous owner.

  • Billymac (registered bidder) 2 years, 2 monthsago

Hi. Great car. Can you provide a little more detail on the front refinishing. it seems that both fenders were refinished as well as the bumper. Do you know if the dealer that you purchased from did the work? Did you install the paint protection film after purchasing. ? Thank you.

@RhinoDriver The two Porsche service records (March 2021 and this past Friday February 18 22) are uploaded, I'm waiting for admin to have them live for everyone. I also requested the DME report when I got the oil change this Friday and it will also go live soon.

    Hello expoc2 (Seller)
Thank you for clarification of the cosmetic incident report.
    Can you please provide mechanical details;

@ebres63081 Rear fender bender was the only reported incident, car was trying to reverse and bumped into the car behind it. You can download the report from the florida highway safety website (I cant post it as it contains all the personal information from the previous owner).
When I purchased the vehicle in 2020 I had the car independently inspected which found that the rear bumper was intact and likely only had polishing done however it did note the refinishing of the front which there is no incident reported and I have no record as it happened before I was the owner. The inspection showed structurally was intact and I proceeded with purchasing it. I dont notice any differences in the paint particularly no color matching issues. Hopefully I’ve answered your question or clarified the history.
    Thanks again.

@expoc2 Hello! I think there will be several more questions about this "refinishing" so Ill be the first to ask since I have been looking for a manual 50th for a while. If it was a minor fender bender in the rear... Why was the nose painted on a low mile car?

  • expoc2 (seller) 2 years, 2 monthsago

    Good morning guys,

Im the current owner of this beauty, Id be happy to answer any questions as well as having any videos uploaded.

I purchased the vehicle 11/2020 from Bentley, Jacksonville dealership and before purchasing it I had the same questions about the rear end and was told it was just a minor bump that only required polishing without any painting. I requested a True360 inspection report which showed no rear damage or refinishing of the original rear bumper. The refinishing was done in the front bumper/fenders.

Since I purchased it there havent been any accidents, car has been maintained in a climate controlled garage, I had a professionally installed front PPF with whole body/rim ceramic coating.

I just had the car taken for service yesterday at Porsche West Broward and had the oil/filter serviced.

Feel free to ask any questions, I’ll be happy to answer anything as soon as I can.
