We are pleased to present this 2015 Ferrari 458 Spider finished in Rosso Corsa over a tan leather interior. Introduced in 2011, the 458 Spider was the first mid-engine Ferrari with a retractable aluminum hardtop. This 2015 example was generously optioned at an original sticker price over $304k with Ferrari’s AFS (Advanced Frontlighting System), yellow-painted brake calipers, front suspension lift, carbon-fiber racing seats, carbon-fiber driver’s zone, front and rear parking sensors, a leather headliner, and more. Showing approximately 3k miles on the odometer, this 458 Spider is now being offered for auction by its original owner out of Texas.
This 458 Spider was ordered in the iconic shade of Rosso Corsa (322) with optional Scuderia fender shields, yellow brake calipers, and Ferrari AFS adaptive headlights. The Pininfarina-designed aluminum bodywork incorporates features unique to the Spider including the dual buttresses behind the seats and painted engine cover with six air extractors. The folding roof is power-operated and can be opened or closed in as little as 14 seconds while the vehicle is stationary. The seller reports the exterior to be in excellent condition, having only been driven under ideal weather conditions, garage-kept since new, and protected with ceramic coating. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The factory 20" 5-cross-spoke alloy wheels remain dressed in their original Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
Inside, this Spider showcases a tan leather interior accented by special thickened stitching, a leather headliner, and carbon-fiber trim throughout the dashboard, central bridge, and driver zone. The steering wheel features carbon-fiber shift paddles, a red ignition button, LED tachometer lights along the top, and the Manettino switch that allows the driver to select between different performance settings. The optional manually adjustable lightweight carbon-fiber racing seats feature embroidered Cavallino logos in the headrests. Other options include a heat-insulated windscreen, front and rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera. Standard amenities include a RadioNavi system with Bluetooth, a premium sound system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The seller notes that some of the buttons and radio controls have become sticky with age, a common issue on Ferraris of this era.
The 458 Spider is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.5L V8 engine featuring a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, and direct fuel injection. Redlining at 9,000 RPM, this engine is capable of generating as much as 562 HP and 398 lb. -ft of torque which is sent to the rear wheels through a Getrag 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achieved in as little as 3 seconds with a top speed of approximately 200 MPH. Standard performance features include carbon-ceramic disc brakes, a front suspension lift system, an electronically controlled Ferrari E-Diff differential, and F1-Trac traction control system. Compared to the 458 Italia, the Spider version received slightly softer damper rates as well as a gentler throttle map and revised induction and exhaust tuning to provide the perfect soundtrack for open-air driving. The owner reports all routine service to have been carried out by Ferrari of Houston per the manufacturer’s recommended intervals.
This sale will include a set of two keys and a clean Texas title. Custom ordered and carefully looked after by its original owner, this 458 Spider is just waiting to be enjoyed.

@GT3-Man yes. Well aware, sticky no more is the company that refurbs them and they are backed way up. So trying to figure out which buttons specifically are sticky to the touch. Let me know.
@BostonMotorsports1 the power button for the roof is the worst one. Also the one for the rear window, drive and reverse also little sticky but not bad at all! I think is a common issue on this cars and everyone knows about it. More than glad to make a video and send it to you
