We are pleased to present this 2015 Porsche 991 GT3 finished in Sapphire Blue Metallic over a Black leather and Alcantara interior with Platinum Grey deviated stitching. Originally developed for racing homologation purposes, Porsche’s high-performance GT3 model remains a favorite amongst avid drivers. This 2015 example commanded an original sticker price of over $153k which includes the front axle lift system, Sound Package Plus, and the Sport Chrono Package with Porsche Track Precision App. Purchased as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from a Porsche dealership by the current owner in 2015, this GT3 has never seen track use and is now being offered in superb condition with just over 14k miles shown on the odometer.
The distinctive Sapphire Blue Metallic finish on this 991 is reported to be in exemplary condition except for a few minor chips on the front bumper and a small touched-up scratch on the driver’s side rear wheel arch (detailed images are provided in the photo gallery). The GT3 can be identified by its fixed rear wing and aggressive front fascia with large intake grilles and lower lip spoiler. This example has been optioned with painted side skirts, LED headlights, and factory center lock GT3 wheels which are finished in Platinum Satin and dressed in brand-new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The optional front axle lift system is also equipped which allows the nose of the vehicle to be raised and lowered when extra clearance is needed.
The driver is situated in a sporty Black leather and Alcantara interior with deviated stitching in Platinum Grey. Exclusive details include seat belts in Silver Grey, illuminated doorsill guards in stainless steel, white instrument dials and Sport Chrono stopwatch, an Alcantara storage compartment lid with “Porsche” logo, and a fuel cap with aluminum-look finish. Driver amenities include heated 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, Sound Package Plus, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with SiriusXM® Satellite Radio, NavTraffic, NavWeather and HD radio receiver, the smoking package, and a luggage net in the passenger footwell. The cabin is said to be in pristine condition save for a small scratch depicted on the driver’s seat-back.
A naturally aspirated 3.8 L flat-six engine revs up to 9000 RPM while sending 475 HP to the rear wheels through a precise 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. The GT3 is capable of accelerating from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3 seconds and reaching a maximum speed of nearly 200 MPH. Race derived technology used for this power plant include a dry-sump oil system, titanium connecting rods, and forged aluminum pistons. This 991 also houses a rear-axle steering system which allows for unprecedented handling and maneuverability. All routine maintenance has been addressed including a recent full service carried out last month; this GT3 is ready to be enjoyed.

@leonami I am currently at Porsche North Scottsdale having plugs replaced, cabin filters and open recall done. Cost $900! Talked with service manager; they do not change plugs every two years on low mileage cars which was why mine were never changed at routine services.

@77domer Yes, and it is whichever comes first. What about the PPI? I guess the nearest dealer is in Scottsdale?
@Z.06 I will research the services performed on the car at both Porsche North Scottsdale and Deyoung. If the required service has not been done I will have it completed prior to buyer delivery or credit the amount to the buyer. BTY, The maintenance manual states every 12000 miles or 2 years.

@Z.06 The engine in all GT3's 2014 -2016 have the 10 year/120,000 mile warranty. I listed the CPOE warranty as expired as that is a more complete warranty.
Please detail the recent full service which was carried out last month. All I can see is an oil and filter change. Porsche service requires that the spark plugs be changed every two years, yet I see no evidence that one or both of these spark plug changes have occurred. Spark plug changes cost $2000 at a dealer. I am interested in buying your car, but need further assurances to define what I can bid on. Will you accept a bid subject to a perfect PPI?
@77domer , If your car has the same engine as the one which was replaced by Porsche on so many other cars, I do not understand why the engine in your car would not be covered by the same 10 year warranty as all of those replaced engines. That warranty was put into place to build customer confidence that Porsche had fully fixed the problem which led to so many engine failures and fires.
@leonami @leonami. I have never allowed anyone to smoke in the car and I understand the previous owner was a non smoker. There are no odors in the car.
Does the car have dimming mirrors with rain sensor or reversing camera? I didn't see them in options, but not sure if they are included in any package.
Has the car ever been smoked in? Any odors in the interior other than supple leather??
@Bajacruiser I have been in contact with Porsche North Scottsdale this morning. They originally sold the car took it in trade and then sold it to me. According to them, only the earliest 2015 cars did not have the new engine. This car did have the new engine when built. They will get me documentation on that which I will provide. I agree tracking a car is not a sin, but can be an expensive pleasure, at least based upon the new tires I just put on the car!
Awesome car. Not all 2015 had a “new” engine, you have to check the vin, mine is a 2015 and it was replaced in 2019 under a 10 year warranty. Also it is a sin to not have these cars on a track.
@leonami @leonami. No the car has never been tracked. While I know its a track car, the car was too expensive for me to be tracking it! Lol
@77domer have you ever tracked it? If so, how often or how many times?
@77domer Thanks Al, you can disregard the DME question. It’s a report that shows how much (if any) you overreved the engine, but I understand that the PDK won’t allow you to observe, so should be good.
@leonami @leonami. No problem, I get it. There have never been any warning lights, with the exception of a minor overfill of the engine oil which was coaxed by changing the oil. Apparently, it is easy to overfill the oil in these cars. There has never been a performance issue with the car. I have all my service records which will show no performance issues.
@leonami I have never had the check engine light come on. The only scratch is discussed below. I do not have any paint readings. All I can tell you is it has always been garaged, has never been in rain or snow. I’m not sure what a DME report is.
Has the car ever been tracked? Any other warning lights? Any notable performance issues? Are the VIN and all numbers in tact? Sorry, but I’ve never thought about buying a car like this without seeing it!
Hey Al, did the work on the tank leakage module cure the issues with the check engine light? Are you planning on posting any paint readings? Can you describe any blemishes in the paint (scratches, chips, fading)? Might you post a DME report?
@Phardie1 . There is one scratch, that is touched up with Porsche Saphire blue color. Touch up about a month ago. No other scratches. There are no dents on the car.
Is there a a spot or 2 on the drivers side lower rear well lip that are scratches? Can’t tell for sure but are they touched up by hand and a darker color? Am I seeing that right? If so, how long have they been there? Is the metal dented or just paint gashed?

I noticed the scratch on the setback recently within the last year. Was not intending to sell the car at that point and it didn't really bother me to be honest.
The scratch on the seat back can be seen in the pictures and has not been repaired. The 2015 cars had the new engine. The torque wrench for the center lock is included. The CPOE expired last year, as you can see I began using 2 European car shops located in Prescott, where I live, rather than travel to Scottsdale for service once the warranty expired.
Was the engine replaced in this car by Porsche under warranty? Please explain when the CPO and the engine warranties expire. Is the special torque wrench required for removing the center lock wheels included?

There is no protective film on it and coo has expired.
