Available for auction is this 2015 Porsche 981 Boxster GTS finished in Carrara White Metallic over a black leather interior. Equipped as standard with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), a two-mode sport exhaust, the Sport Chrono Package, and more aggressive styling, the range-topping Boxster GTS model also features a naturally aspirated flat-six engine producing 330 HP. This 2015 example was additionally optioned with Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK), 20” 911 Turbo wheels, Adaptive Sport Seats, the Infotainment Package, and more. It was acquired from Porsche Santa Barbara in 2018 and shipped to Madison, Wisconsin where it remains with its second owner. This well maintained and generously equipped Boxster GTS is now being offered for auction showing approximately 34k miles on the odometer.
This 981 was ordered in Carrara White Metallic including optional painted supplemental roll bars. The GTS also comes standard with unique front and rear bumpers, black headlight surrounds, and “GTS” designations on each door. This example rides on optional 20” 911 Turbo wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The car has been garage-kept while under the current owner’s care and received a refinished front bumper to address cosmetic imperfections before a full application of ceramic coating. A small touch-up was also performed on the rear bumper prior to the ceramic coating. The seller adds the car has never been subjected to track use or winter road conditions, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The black interior features the deletion of standard GTS Alcantara in favor of full smooth leather upholstery including a SportDesign steering wheel and Adaptive Sport Seats. The cabin is described to have been very well kept and a complete list of options is included below:

The GTS’s 3.4L flat-six engine produces as much as 330 HP, an increase of 15 HP over the standard Boxster S. Equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission and Sport Chrono Package, this 981 can reach 60 MPH from a standstill in approximately 4 seconds. Porsche Active Suspension Management comes standard along with a two-mode sport exhaust system, while Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) was added as an optional feature. Routine annual maintenance has been completed by an independent local Porsche specialist and a new transmission was installed under warranty by Zimbrick Porsche in November of 2021 before a full service was carried out in preparation for winter storage.
This sale will include a set of two keys, owner's manuals, and a clean title.

@Bawanajim Just uploaded a couple of recent photos of the underside of the car.
@Bawanajim I see what you are referring to. Not sure what that is, but there is no known damage. I’ll see if I can find a better photo of that area for you.
@Dgorwitz I am referring to what appears to be some pretty good contact marks at the 31 second timestamp in the video which also looks like the under tray has been dented up.
@Bawanajim Look closely at Photo 6 just in front of the left front tire and you’ll see the under bumper driveway scrape to which I referred. There are a few other under bumper scrapes as well that you can’t see in the photos and that don’t show up too well in the under car video.
Look closely at Photo 16 and you may be able to just barely discern the scrape/paint flaw on the right rear bumper (about a 4” area right on the body crease).
@Bawanajim There are some cosmetic driveway scrapes in the paint on the underside of the front bumper. That’s the only underside blemish of which I’m aware. As noted in the description, there are some stone chips on the front bumper and there is some rash just behind the rear wheels (shown in the photos). There was a paint touch-up or some buffing done on the right rear corner of the rear bumper and a scuff in the ceramic coat in that same spot that doesn’t show up well in the photos (it’s hard to notice unless you know it’s there… you can feel it more than see it). Also noted in the description and shown in the photos is the small scrape on the right rear wheel.
I see some damage on the underside video. Can you tell us if there is hidden damage please.

@Speedglas Not that I know of (at least not since I’ve owned this vehicle). My service dealer has not mentioned any open recalls. Anyway, if it’s a recall then it should be an easy matter to get that done.

@vrroommmPcar993 Absolutely never smoked in. The “Smoking Package” option basically adds an additional 12v outlet in the console (great extra spot to plug in the battery tender, phone charger, radar detector, etc.).

@Van914 No track at all. This is a sunny Sunday driver for me. In fact, I rarely even used the Sports Plus Mode and only tried the launch control once (when I first got the car).

Welcome! I’m Dave. I’m pleased to offer my 2015 Boxster GTS (981) on PCarMarket! I’ll be available for your questions and am happy to add any additional photos or videos you may want to see. I’ve owned many Porsche’s over the years and this has to be my favorite so far. I love the design. The flat-6 engine sound with the sport exhaust is intoxicating.
Porsche replaced the PDK transmission in November 2021 (just before I stored the car) due to a bad sensor in the transmission. The only indication of a problem was an intermittent warning light/message on the dash. The car otherwise performed perfectly. To their credit, Porsche replaced the transmission even though the car was out of warranty. I’ll upload the service receipts to the photo gallery.
The paint on the car is excellent, though there are a few stone chips and some rash just behind the rear wheels (shown in gallery). There is a scuff on the right-rear wheel (shown in the gallery). The paint has professionally applied ceramic paint protection. I replaced the rear tires a couple thousand miles ago with Michelin Pilot 4S. The front tires (Goodyear Eagle F1) still have lots of life left — I intended to switch those over to to Pilot 4S when the time came.
