The BMW F31, representing the 5th generation 3-Series Touring, has garnered appreciation among enthusiasts due to its practicality, all-wheel-drive performance, and popular hatchback design. This 2016 example is a 328i xDrive finished in Alpine White over Saddle Brown Dakota leather. It was generously optioned with the M Sport, the Tack Handling Package, Premium, and Cold Weather packages, and Comfort Access. Further enhanced with a Bootmod3 Stage 2 engine tune, Wagner Tuning intercooler, a VRSF downpipe, and BimmerTech Apple CarPlay, this F31 is now being offered for auction out of New York with approximately 90k miles on the odometer.
Presented in Alpine White, this F31 comes equipped with the optional M Sport Package, enhancing its appearance with revised front and rear fascias along with Shadowline exterior trim. The Lighting Package adds xenon headlights and Adaptive Light Control. The Track Handling Package adds blue M Sport brake calipers and 18" Orbit Grey wheels. A flush wheel spacer kit has been fitted and the car rides on Continental WinterContact tires with 8/32" of tread remaining. Some signs of road wear are noted including minor imperfections on the front bumper. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing damage in October 2021.
The cabin presents Saddle Brown Dakota leather upholstery on the seats, door panels, and center armrest as part of the Premium Package, which also adds Comfort Access, a moonroof, and lumbar support. The Cold Weather Package includes a heated steering wheel, heated front/rear seats, and retractable headlight washers. The M Sport Package also adds an Anthracite headliner and an M Sport steering wheel. Other amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a rear parking camera, Harmon Kardon Surround Sound, and a retractable cargo area cover. Modifications consist of a front parking camera and a BimmerTech Apple CarPlay kit.
This Wagon is powered by a 2.0-liter N20 inline-four-cylinder engine featuring a twin-scroll turbocharger and an output of up to 242 HP and 258 lb.-ft of torque stock. Power is delivered to all four wheels through a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission and BMW’s xDrive all-wheel drive system. The optional M Sport Package allows for an increased top speed limiter and a sport-tuned suspension, while the Track Handling Package also adds M Sport brakes and Variable Sport Steering. Modifications include a Bootmod3 Stage 2 engine tune, a Wagner Tuning intercooler, and a VRSF downpipe. Service items within the last 10k miles are said to include a transmission fluid flush, both differentials serviced, and an oil change. Supporting documentation is said to accompany the sale.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, a build sheet, and an air pump.

@rhynolite let me work on getting photos of the underside here shortly and I’ll send them / add them to the album.
Do you have any pics of the underside?
@Nystuf sounds great!
You are very close too, another plus. Let see what happens.
@Nystuf it’s super enjoyable, and useful with the trunk space! We upgraded to a large Lexus SUV for my younger kids in car seats , or else the car wouldn’t be listed here!
Definitely in the market for one of theses right now.
@Savethewagons thanks! It’s an awesome car.
This so sexy and checks all the boxes. I am at least 3 months away from actively being in the market for a wagon like this! GLWTA!
@Triharderken yes, catted downpipe. Passes my states inspection process no issues.
@Wes8 thank you for that quick response! Is the VRSF DP catted?
@mikefny thanks!
@Triharderken yes correct! track handling package gives you the adaptive suspension.
Does this car have the adaptive suspension?
What a gem of a wagon. Don’t see specs like this come up often. I’ll be watching this closely.
