We are pleased to present this 2016 Ferrari F12tdf. One of only 799 examples produced in total, the special edition F12tdf derives its namesake from the legendary Tour De France Automobile endurance road race which was dominated by Ferrari from 1956-1964. Finished in Giallo Triplo Strato, this 2016 example was delivered new to Cauley Ferrari of Detroit with nearly $130,000 worth of additional options including its special-order three-layer paint, custom Cuoio and Iroko Alcantara interior. carbon-fiber trim, AFS headlights, and suspension lift system. With less than 100 miles traveled from new, this one-of-a-kind F12tdf is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Michigan.
This example is finished in the vibrant special-order color of Giallo Triplo Strato. It also features factory-installed paint protection film, optional carbon-fiber fog lamps, and Ferrari’s Advanced Front Lighting System (AFS). This tdf rides on Pirelli P-Zero Corsa PZC4 tires mounted on forged 20” light alloy wheels, which sit in front of the optional Rossa Corsa painted carbon-ceramic brake calipers. Compared with the standard F12 Berlinetta, almost every panel of the tdf has been modified to create twice the downforce while reducing aerodynamic drag. It utilizes Ferrari’s Aerobridge technology, consisting of air channels that run from the hood, through the fenders, into the rear vents above the rear wheels, and exit through a rear diffuser with dynamic air flaps. The front bumper has been completely redesigned with a widened and scooped lower section that incorporates a splitter, dive planes, floor wings, and louvers to optimize airflow. The rear spoiler has been raised, and the rake of the rear glass has been modified to achieve more downforce. The front and rear tracks have also been widened to accommodate the 275mm tires in the front and 315mm in the rear.
The cabin of this F12tdf is custom-tailored in two-tone Cuoio and Iroko Alcantara upholstery. The carbon fiber backed racing seats feature black leather center stripes and black embroidered logos in the headrests. Optional carbon fiber pieces have been selected for the dash inserts, door panels, door sill covers, and rear bench trim. The flat bottomed multi-function steering wheel is trimmed in Alcantara and carbon fiber and features an integrated LED tachometer as well as the Manettino switch which allows the driver to change performance characteristics while underway. Instrumentation includes a yellow 10k-RPM tachometer flanked by LED screens that display speed, temperature, fuel level, driving mode, and other vehicle information. Driver amenities include automatic climate control, satellite navigation, a high-power hi-fi sound system, front and rear parking cameras, and a front suspension lift system. A special plaque is also affixed on the rear wall between the seats reading “Limited Edition 1/799”.
At the heart of the F12tdf is a naturally aspirated 6.3L flat-plane crank V12 engine which can trace its roots back to the legendary Ferrari Enzo. The engine has been heavily revised with race-derived mechanical solid tappets and variable-length individual intake trumpets similar to those used on Formula 1 cars. Producing up to 769 HP and 520 lb.-ft of torque, the F12tdf can reach 60 MPH from a standstill in as little as 2.9 seconds while reaching a top speed of over 210 MPH. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, which uses shorter gear ratios and reinforced internals to handle the extra power. Other performance features include Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes and adjustable magnetorheological dampers as well as electronic rear-wheel steering which helps reduce oversteer and increase turn-in response at high speed. This F12tdf remains covered under the original Ferrari 7-year maintenance program until August of 2023.

I have been scanning the upcoming Monterey auctions for TDF's. I have NOT found a single TDF for sale at Monterey. It shows collectors are holding on to these cars. There are only a handful on the market right now, and I don't believe any of those TDF's have $130,000 in additional factory options like this TDF, much less under 100 miles. The TDF owner is the same owner I represented whose white Canadian delivery TDF was sold in June on PCarMarket. good luck bidding as we head into the final hour shortly....... As an FYI for all, I purchased the white TDF from the exact same seller represented by Brian at Exotic, the car was represented as near perfect. I had it delivered directly to GMG in SoCal, they inspected it and said, only car he’s seen in 30 years that’s “perfect”. Note: my first experience with any and all of these people, I would not hesitate to recommend, there was not a single detail from pictures, history, eduction, seller details, paperwork, communication,..that I had to follow-up on. Perfect as my friend at GMG said, btw - this Fcar is a beast!

Hmmm... when reserve is met, there is no notification unless seller chooses to disclose. Not suggesting one way or the other if I think reserve should be met at the current bid, just speculating the previous bidder was searching for the reserve level
