Pairing its supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine with a 6-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential, this 2016 Jaguar F-Type S Convertible comes finished in Ultimate Black Metallic over Jet Black Premium leather. The F-Type utilizes lightweight aluminum construction with sweeping body lines designed by Ian Callum, known for the Aston Martin DB7 and Jaguar designs of the early 2000s. This example was also selected with the Super Performance Braking, Extended Leather, and Premium & Vision Packs, along with Performance Seats and 20” Tornado alloy wheels. It is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New Jersey with just under 26k miles showing on the odometer.
This S version was ordered in Ultimate Black Metallic. Equipment includes adaptive xenon headlights with washers, hood and fender vents, recessed door handles, a deployable rear spoiler, red brake calipers, LED taillights, twin center exhaust outlets, and optional 20” Tornado alloy wheels with wheel locks. It rides on in Black wrapped in Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires reportedly installed in October 2023. Clear paint protection film has been applied to the front bumper cover, mirror caps, and front sections of the hood, front fenders, and rear fenders. The Jet Black Premium Leather cabin offers seating for two including optional Performance Seats and the Extended Leather Pack. The optional Premium & Vision Pack includes dual-zone automatic climate control, heated seats and steering wheel, a wind deflector, parking sensors with a rear parking camera, blind spot monitors, power-folding exterior mirrors with auto-dimming, and reverse traffic detection.
Power comes from a supercharged 3.0-liter V6, sending as much as 380 HP 339 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and an active electro-mechanical limited-slip differential. Performance features include Active Dynamics suspension, a variable active exhaust, and the Configurable Dynamics system which allows the driver to fine-tune drivetrain and suspension settings. Additionally, the Super Performance Braking Pack was opted for. The seller reports that the upper and lower coolant Y pipes were replaced, with the most recent oil change performed in September 2023. Service records confirm that the clutch disc, flywheel, and master cylinder were also replaced in September 2023. Additionally, a multipoint inspection was completed on January 15, 2024.
