We are pleased to present this highly collectible 2016 Porsche 991 Carrera GTS Club Coupe.  Built to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Porsche Club of America, this GTS Club Coupe was limited to only 60 examples in total and was only available for purchase through a random lottery drawing amongst the members of the PCA.  Presented in a unique Paint to Sample Club Blau finish over a specially appointed Black leather and Alcantara interior, this limited-edition GTS also showcases the SportDesign Package and 20” Sport Classic wheels.  Representing one of the rarest and most generously equipped 911’s built in recent years, this 7-speed Club Coupe shows just under 3k miles on the odometer and is now being offered by its original owner in Florida.

The Paint to Sample Club Blau finish on this GTS has been preserved in absolutely pristine condition with paint protective film applied over the entire car.  High-quality window tint has been installed, although this Club Coupe remains otherwise original in its appearance.  Special exterior details include the SportDesign Package with a revised front fascia and ducktail rear spoiler, “Club Coupe” model designations, black-framed Bi-Xenon headlights, tinted taillights and 20” Sport Classic wheels which are painted in semi-gloss black with polished centers and outer rims.

Inside, this 991 features an immaculate black leather and Alcantara GTS interior with special two-tone blue and red deviated stitching throughout the cabin.  Other exclsuive details include contrasting black and red seatbelts, a red central tachometer, carbon fiber accents, stainless steel doorsills with “GTS Club Coupe” logos and a leather steering wheel with two-tone stitching and a red 12 o’clock marking.  A commemorative “60 Years Porsche Club of America” designation is located on the carbon fiber glovebox trim along with a “60” logo embossed on the center armrest.  The optional Extended Club Coupe Package also offers paint-matched vehicle keys and leather edged floormats with two-tone stitching.  An additional set of standard GTS carpet mats will also be included with the sale.

This 991 Carrera GTS is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.8 L flat-six engine paired with a 7-speed manual transmission.  430 HP is delivered to the rear wheels allowing this GTS to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.4 seconds while reaching a top speed of approximately 190 MPH.  Standard performance options equipped for the Club Coupe consist of adaptive suspension with a 10-mm lower ride, torque vectoring, and the Sport Exhaust System.  Routine oil services have been performed annually and this 991 is reported to have always been dealer maintained with a recent software update completed under warranty.

This sale will include a set of 2 painted keys, the original books and manuals, a scale model, 2 sets of floormats, a special edition car cover and a clean title.  As one of only 60 example built in total, this rare 991 GTS Club Coupe presents a very special opportunity.

@HMOrlando The car is available for viewing if you are still interested. Great race this weekend.

@jed4145 Can't go wrong with the spyder, i have a 2012 boxster s black edition that i really like and i am sure the new spyder would be much better. The mid engine platform is fantastic.

  • jed4145 (registered bidder) 3 years, 11 monthsago

@newfoundspeed I think this is one of the best modern Porsches made. I saw one at the Atlanta Porsche NA headquarters during the grand opening event, I believe before the actual raffle took place. This just seemed to be an awesome blend of aesthetics, power, and exclusivity.

I’ve got a 718 Spyder allocation coming up, but it would be so hard to pass on this. I’m sure someone out there can afford more than I can, so I’m sure I’ll be back to the Spyder (not a bad place to be).

Regardless, I hope this goes to a good home.

I may be a bit biased , i own the exact car, except no fire extinguisher option .I think this is the best looking car ever. I love it , i purchased mine a year ago after much saving and searching. Whoever ends up with this car will be very happy, and there is a facebook group just for owners that has been very helpful "pca club coupes register".

    Thank you

@jmjamieson3 One more comment on the turbo vs naturally asperated, another characteristic I always like about the naturally asperated 911s is their peaky power curves much like some my favorite motorcycles. No doubt the new turbo cars are faster but the character of the older cars may make them more fun to drive.......

  • jmjamieson3 (seller) 3 years, 11 monthsago

@gosik MSRP was $147,295 plus 3,000 for the full body clear-bra wrap, out the door price $155, 743. I have a scan and photo of the sticker will see if it can be added to the pics.

  • gosik 3 years, 11 monthsago

    What was original MSRP?
Can you share the entire window sticker?

  • jmjamieson3 (seller) 3 years, 11 monthsago

@Kupplungspedal I have not driven a 992 GTS and have mixed opinions on turbo versus normally asperated. Having been an 30 plus year PCAR enthusiast I lean toward the normally asperated in a GTS configuration as the ideal best of both worlds, fun to drive and still drivable. Then it depends if its a daily driver or a weekend fun car on the PDK versus Manual. I am a big fan of the 7 speed manual normally asperated configuration for a weekend fun car.....

  • Kupplungspedal (registered bidder) 3 years, 11 monthsago

@jmjamieson3 Your answer is helpful. I appreciate the insight into the GT3 Touring, as that is on my "I wonder what that would be like to own list". I've got two (996, 997.2) twin turbos sitting in my garage and am debating a naturally aspirated, water cooled option. Have you resolved what is the ideal driving/ touring car for racking up the miles?

  • jmjamieson3 (seller) 3 years, 11 monthsago

@Kupplungspedal I don't have a rev report but would have no issues getting one for a serious buyer. This car has been gently driven and only out my garage for more than a few hours at one time to attend the Werks Reunion a couple of years ago. I've come to the realization I'm more of an enthusiast than a collector so making room for drivers more so than collector cars. Besides being one of the best looking cars Porsche ever made this is a true touring configuration that is a treat to drive. I purchased a GT3 Touring last year to be used for just that, weekend drives and driving vacations. While extremely invigorating and fun to drive I found the GT3 to be too noisy and uncomfortable for extended trips. This car is the ideal configuration, much more comfortable and drivable in typical road conditions. In my opinion the sport exhaust on this car has much better sound than the GT3. One mans opinion, BTW I sold the GT3 earlier this year.

  • jmjamieson3 (seller) 3 years, 11 monthsago

Completely agree, while I will be sad to see it go I hope it can find a great home in PCAR collectors garage to be preserved for future enthusiast to enjoy.....

  • Kupplungspedal (registered bidder) 3 years, 11 monthsago

Very nice car. I realize it has very low mileage, but would you have a current over-rev report available that could be posted to the account? Any particular reason why you have decided to possibly part ways with it? I am debating between 991.1 and 991.2 GTS variants, so would appreciate your perspective on this year.
