We are pleased to present this 2016 Porsche 991.1 Carrera GTS finished in Sapphire Blue Metallic over black leather and Alcantara interior. The Carrera GTS marks an ideal balance in the 911 lineup, offering additional performance as well as premium features and exclusive options as standard. Originally delivered in California, this particular example is optioned with a desirable 7-speed manual transmission, the Bose Audio Package, and the GTS interior package with Carmine Red deviated stitching. With a factory specification sheet totaling over $135k and only 17k miles shown on the odometer, this GTS is now being offered on consignment by its seller in Louisiana while remaining in like-new overall condition.
The striking Sapphire Blue Metallic finish is said to be absolutely pristine with only a few imperfections on the underside of the painted front spoiler (detailed images are provided in the photo gallery). GTS-specific exterior features include smoked rear taillights and headlights, a lower stance compared to the standard Carrera S, “GTS” side logos, and the wider body shared with the all-wheel-drive 911 models. The windows have been tinted and this GTS rides on factory satin black center-lock wheels dressed in Pirelli P-Zero tires.

The 991.1 was the last generation to feature a naturally aspirated engine for the GTS model. The 3.8L flat-six engine in this GTS makes 430 HP, which is sent to the rear wheels through a highly desirable 7-speed manual gearbox allowing for a 0-60 time of approximately 4 seconds and a top speed of 190 MPH. Standard performance features equipped for the GTS also include the Sport Chrono Package as well as PASM active suspension. This example is said to have been dealer maintained throughout its life except for the most recent service carried out by the seller consisting of an oil and filter change, and new struts for the rear decklid.

@SpartyRob84 The car sits in my showroom with no clear bra or ceramic coating of any kind, although paint is in immaculate condition.
@Imagerep Photos of the invoice from the service performed by my shop as well as the inspection have been sent to the auction manager and have been added to the gallery. This car is past the manufacturers 4 year/50K mile warranty so coverage of the decklid struts would not apply.

@Imagerep - Add on to earlier msg. One thing just came to mind. This vehicle is still under Mfr warranty, right? If the struts were failing (as my 2013 991.1 did), why didn't Porsche service perform the repair?
I read above that all services were dealer performed except the last oil/filter change and new struts for the rear decklid. I do not see any photos showing the new struts. Can you provide some detail of both sides?
I had a Sapphire Blue 991.1 GTS Cabriolet but sold it 8 months ago with 11k miles. Worst decision of my life. This car is gorgeous and the winner would not be disappointed.
@nobracing revealing reserve at 2 days from the block is highly NOT recommended. Either make it no reserve or keep it secrete. Revealing reserve too early will decrease the ACTION guaranteed. That’s not just my opinion but both PCARMARKET and BAT recommends against it. Maybe the only time to show “reserve met “ is in the last 1-2 minutes of the auction when bidding becomes more frenetic. This pushes potential buyers to know if they are the highest they will win.

@nobracing that is correct in regards to the eBay ad, however I don’t believe I’ll be revealing the reserve. Just be the High bidder at the end of the day and maybe she’ll be yours! Nor do I think PCARMARKET would allow me to discuss the reserve.
I noticed that this car was auctioned on ebay as well and ended 15Dec with the highest bid being $90,100. I assume that didn't meet the reserve on ebay and hence you didn't sell it. Is that correct?

@captgiddyup too funny- I'm guessing the humor was lost on you at the time!
@captgiddyup I had a similar issue with a TR-6. My 'date' got a bit inebriated and even though the top was down proceeded to hurl on the top of the dash and into the defroster vents and speaker.
No matter. how many times, I took the dash assembly apart, I could always detect her scent and it wasn't a good one.
By the way, this GTS is very fine. Drives well, is reasonably powerful and looks good at any distance. There's not a mark on the exterior or interior.
I bought a brand new 991.2 gts. Fully modded it (tune, exhaust, ect). Sold it because something felt missing between the sound and performance of the turbo charged engine. I recently purchased a manual 991.1 Targa GTS. Driving perfection! All you need is an exhaust and you are good to go! The winner of this will not be disappointed.

@Imagerep IBM had a policy about dating within the office. She was a Temp in communications & only there for 10 days. My current Porsche is my 16th 911S, 4S, or Turbo. 1-16 is not a bad catastrophic event average. Home free now. Finally got Wife # 1 at age 62. She is so kind and wealthy. In the event of any event, DaWife will buy me a new Targa GTS. She will not go near raw oysters. I’m always always selling their merits. “Porsche. There is No Substitute.” This is a gorgeous GTS!
@captgiddyup that's one hilarious story. Lesson learned: always explain window operation when on a date and avoid the twisties.

More important than asking the “Smoking Question” is the hurling/puke question. At 2008 miles in my brand new 911S this nightmare happened (she was gorgeous but couldn’t figure out how to open the window. As I was pulling over out it came into & down the window + carpeting. No matter what I did (even new carpeting) Hurlage is far worse than cigarette smoke. It was a 12,800.00 date. And before you ask, I never made it to the “Promised Land”. Traded the car. “What’s that smell?” Seinfeld Valet BO episode was a Saab

@Kupplungspedal 1. Never smoked in and no odor of any kind, ashtray looks like it's never even seen a coin.
2. I can speak on behalf of the current owner by saying the car has never been tracked, the first owner I did not know although the car shows no signs of track use. (No bumper rash, headlight or windshield pitting, and no sign of extreme heat on wheels or calipers)
