@Fryingpan the "program" they're referring to isn't the diesel emissions fix itself, it was the money the affected owners/lessees got.
You can't get the money anymore as the claims administrator cleared all the money out and shut down the program. But you 100% can still get the emissions modification done.

@Fryingpan Yes I'm sure that 4/48 and 10/120 will go in effect once you do conversation, I have done research and verified with corporate and you do not need to pay for it since it's recall and I have commented below about @DonM question.
I'm not 100% sure about the 4/48, but the 10/120 is ONLY from the "In-Service" date, which can be looked up at the dealership, maybe bounced against the Carfax. As far as getting the emissions remedy completed, one would have to pay for it to be done (mostly programming for the 958.2), but still costly and can only be done at the dealer. And again, I am not sure the 4/48 warrantee would apply. Like @DonM said, this program did have an end date. One should check with the local dealer to verify (each dealer may give a different story, so be forewarned). Either way, nice CD. They are great vehicles and the 958.2's are fairly trouble free.

To have been eligible for benefits, you must have completed your Buyback/Trade-In/Early Lease Termination/AEM or restitution-only claim and remedy by September 30, 2019 for Generation 1 vehicles and you must have completed your ECR claim and remedy by May 30, 2020 for Generation 2 vehicles.
