This 2016 Porsche 981 Cayman was acquired by the seller as a stock specimen in May 2021, and upgraded with a custom 4.25L flat-six paired with a 7-speed PDK transmission and limited-slip differential. Finished in White, this example has been customized with a GT4 front bumper, a Designs by Jacob carbon front splitter, GT2-style front fenders, and a Dundon Valkyrie fixed rear wing. Additional details include orange accents along the mirrors and wing, clear ride markers, a custom carbon fiber rear quarter window intake system, front/rear tow hooks, and a lowered ride height. Nickel-plated AP Racing “big brakes” can be seen through the Apex Forged VS-5RS wheels wrapped in Nankang CRSv2 tires. Extended wheel studs are equipped and a set of BBS e88 wheels are said to accompany the sale. The seller notes these tires were mounted in August 2023 and used for one track day. I purchased a completely stock car from Audi in Florida in May 2021. The car was shipped in an enclosed trailer to Washington, where I enjoyed driving it locally during the summer. In August 2021, I sent the car back to Florida to BGB Motorsports for a custom street/track build. All parts for the build were brand new and sourced directly from Porsche and other manufacturers. The initial build was completed in June 2022, and I had the car shipped back to Seattle. I drove it for two track days and used it mainly for street and weekend driving.

Later, I decided to send the car back to BGB Motorsports in Florida for additional upgrades, including a big brake kit, window intake system, and a new PDK transmission with LSD. BGB installed a new transmission from Germany, an AP Racing brake kit, and a quarter-panel intake system. I drove the car at iconic tracks in Florida, such as Daytona and Sebring, before shipping it back to Seattle in April 2023.

In Seattle, I added Dundon Race Headers, a Mini crack pipe, MCS 3-way suspension, GT3 lower control arms by Tarret Engineering, extended tie rods, a Dundon Valkyrie Wing, and a Design by Jacob front splitter. The Dundon components were installed by Charles Dundon at Dundon Motorsports, and the MCS 3-way suspension was installed by Spec German and fine-tuned by pro driver Ted from Dundon Motorsports. I participated in a few more track days and did a lot of street and weekend driving until the end of the 2023 summer.

Since then, the car has been parked in a climate-controlled detail shop I own, maintained with a battery tender, and started every other week. Recently, my detail shop performed a full 3-stage cut, buff, and polish, followed by a light hydrophobic sealant, in preparation for sale."
