Up for auction is this 2017 Porsche 991.2 Carrera 4S Cabriolet finished in Jet Black Metallic over a Black leather interior with 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus. This nicely configured 2017 example highlights over $25,000 worth of factory options including 20” RS Spyder Design wheels, Premium Package Plus and the Sport Package which includes rear axle steering, Sport Exhaust and the Sport Chrono Package. Showing a clean 2-owner history on Carfax with just over 20k miles displayed on the odometer, this 4S remains in excellent overall condition with its seller in Colorado.
The Jet-Black Metallic finish is said to be in very nice shape with full ceramic coating and paint protection film applied over the entire front end. A few small imperfections are depicted in the photo gallery along with recent paint meter readings. For the second generation of the 991 series, the Carrera 4S was equipped with a 3.0 L twin turbocharged flat-six engine which is rated at 414 HP and 369 lb.-ft of torque. All 4 wheels are driven through a 7-speed dual clutch PDK transmission which allows this Cabriolet to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3.8 seconds. Optioned at a cost of $6,290, this example features the Sport Package which includes a dual-mode exhaust, the Sport Chrono package and rear axle steering which improves overall handling and maneuverability. The accompanying service records and Carfax show consistent routine maintenance including a full service and inspection in July of 2020 at 18,633 miles.

@Bturner The car has never been repainted. The thicker paint readings are on the areas with the paint protection film. The thing you have to look at with paint readings is consistency between panel to panel. The car has also gone through paint correction and has been ceramic coated as well.

@M72barn I just took a look at the are you are talking about. I believe that is exterior protective material in the front just underneath the trunk. What your seeing in the photo is factory overspray of some kind. You can click the contact seller button and I can get you a close up photo or video.
