Purchased new from Porsche of Downton Los Angeles by the current owner in 2017, this Turbo Cabriolet has been generously equipped from the factory with the Front Axle Lift System, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), 20” Turbo S wheels, and much more. This Turbo also features an upgraded Sharkwerks cat-back exhaust system as well as an extended Porsche warranty valid until 2022 for unlimited mileage. The GT Silver Metallic finish is said to be in exceptional condition with factory-applied paint protection film remaining over the partial front end. For the second generation of the 991 series, the Turbo model was offered with a 3.8 L twin-turbocharged flat-six engine rated at 540 HP and 523 lb.-ft of torque stock. With a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission sending power to all four wheels, this Cabriolet is capable of accelerating from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3.1 seconds while continuing on to a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. Optional PCCB ceramic composite brakes offer unprecedented stopping power while Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) constantly works to improve stability and handling. An aftermarket Sharkwerks cat-back exhaust system has been installed and the seller reports that the original exhaust system is still available with the car. Upon the seller’s purchase, this vehicle was given “CPO” status in order to provide an extended Porsche warranty valid until 2022 with unlimited mileage. Thank you for your bids. I am selling this car only because I bought a new one. Driving them back to back, several things become apparent. The 992 Turbo S is significantly bigger and the difference in performance is negligible.

@Fcar456 All four tires were replaced on 4 November 2022 at 10,172 miles with Pilot Sport 4S tires. The warranty expires in May of 2022.
@Fcar456 All four tires were replaced about 10k miles ago with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires - I prefer them. I cannot remember the original tires, but the 4S are quieter and, in my experience, are longer wearing and are better in the wet (although we get little rain in Rancho Mirage)
Why did the car need two tires replaced in 2017?

@Vc1727 The warranty on the car was ‘punched’ by the dealer (so they could report it sold). When I bought it it had be used for display and was new, but the warranty had already started so the dealer extended it with Porsche CPO to make up the difference. It therefore has warranty until 2022 with unlimited mileage.
The warranty starts in May/2016, but car was sold in December/2017?

The only reason I am (reluctantly) selling it is because I bought a new one. As highly praised as the 992 Turbo Cab is, it is signinficantly larger and not noticeably faster. AND this is the absolutely PERFECT daily driver - it does everything well, from trips to the grocery store to spirited drives in the mountains.
