We are pleased to present this 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Coupe finished in Scorching Black over a Spicy Red leather interior. As part of a longstanding partnership dating back over five decades, Aston Martin collaborated with independent Italian coachbuilder Zagato in 2017 to create their latest joint project. The Vanquish Zagato combines the height of Italian automotive design with Aston Martin’s legendary craftsmanship and material quality. The original concept was unveiled at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este at Lake Como, Italy, and went into production in Coupe, Convertible, and Shooting Brake body styles with 99 examples built in each configuration. This Coupe, #87/99, was custom ordered through Aston Martin Beverly Hills at a cost of over $743k and has remained under the care of its original owner since delivery. Showing just over 1k miles while showcasing a host of premium factory options, this rare and highly collectible Vanquish Zagato Coupe is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California.
The specially crafted carbon fiber bodywork of this Vanquish expresses Zagato’s traditional design language from its Z-pattern grille, sculpted rear end, “double-bubble” roof, and round taillight reflectors. The taillights use the same “bladed” LED technology from the Aston Martin Vulcan while the wing mirrors were derived from the highly exclusive One-77 supercar. This example is finished in Scorching Black and features optional details including black textured tailpipe finishers, black side window surrounds, and red-painted brake calipers. The only noted exterior flaw is a small nick on the passenger-side carbon fiber splitter, and the seller states this can be repaired back to factory original standards at a cost of approximately $1,500. Additional images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Large carbon-ceramic brakes are tucked behind 20” 15-spoke cast alloy wheels in a black and machined finish. These wheels retain their original Pirelli P Zero tires.
Aston Martin’s craftsmanship is showcased throughout the Spicy Red all-leather interior featuring unique herringbone pattern carbon fiber trim, an exclusive One-77 steering wheel, and the Q Jewelry Pack with rotaries. Other optional features include deletion of “Z” logos, ventilated front seats, a leather ECU pouch, and a garage door opener with auto-dimming mirrors. Standard equipment also includes a front and rear camera, a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound audio system, and dual-stage heated front seats. The doorsills feature special model designations and display the car's individual production number "87 of 99".
This Vanquish derives as much as 580 HP from its naturally aspirated 5.9L V12 engine which features dual variable valve timing and multipoint sequential fuel injection. The rear wheels are driven through a Touchtronic 3 8-speed automatic transmission allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 3.5 seconds. Stopping power is handled by 4-wheel ventilated carbon-ceramic disc brakes with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD) and Emergency Brake Assist (EBA). A 3-stage Adaptive Damping System (ADS) is also equipped and paired with independent double-wishbone suspension front and rear. The seller confirms that a fresh service will be performed by an authorized Aston Martin dealer prior to delivery.

It is believed that this is the only Scorching Black example in North America - Scorching Black was a color created by Aston Martin for the Vanquish Zagato Family and looks absolutely fantastic in sunlight.

@atlrvr - You are correct. To the best of my knowledge, only one of the fifteen Coupes to make it to the states had the billet aluminum grill option.
@5020love Thanks for the note. The Carbon front splitter repair will take place at the same time as the annual service, prior to delivery. This repair is also being covered by us as the seller prior to delivery to the next owner.

@CJWRacing33 but no $45k aluminum grille option. I think the ZZ stitching might have worked on this high contrast tone on tone, but in general yes, in general on these Zagatos, just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Hi - I’m curious as to why since the seller is trying to sell a rare super car like this he didn’t fix a nick on the carbon fiber described above - you would think if it is possible at all to fix carbon fiber, 1500 wouldn’t mean much to the equation - thanks

almost none of these were specced well by clients- this is a really nice looking version and does not have the weird/wacky ZZ logos everywhere on the interior. I love it.
