The F80 is the fifth generation of BMWs famed M3 sports sedan, and the first M3 to use a turbocharged engine. This 2018 example is finished in Sahkir Orange over black Nappa leather and was purchased new at Rallye BMW of Westbury, New York, optioned with the Competition Package, Executive Package, and Driving Assistance Package. It was acquired by the owner’s son-in-law from Karl Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff, Illinois in 2019 before coming into the current owner’s possession in April of 2020. This M3 has been tastefully modified with a long list of high-end aftermarket parts including 3-piece HRE wheels, an Akrapovic exhaust system with carbon fiber tips, an H&R HAS adjustable spring kit, a Turner Motorsports cold air intake with carbon fiber covers and charge pipes, and an RW Carbon GTX carbon fiber aerodynamic package, all installed professionally. Showing approximately 17,700 miles on the odometer, this 6-speed M3 Competition is now being offered for auction out of Illinois remaining under the coverage of the factory warranty until 9/22, and a transferable CPO warranty with unlimited mileage through 9/23.
This F80 comes finished in Sakhir Orange Metallic (C1H) and benefits from an application of paint protection film over the full front end, the leading edge of the carbon-fiber roof panel, and the rear fenders. It has also received a full paint correction and G-Techniq ceramic coating. An RW Carbon GTX carbon fiber aero package has been fitted, including a front lip, front splitters, mirror caps, side skirt extensions, door handles, rear lip spoiler, and rear diffuser, in addition to carbon fiber Akropovic exhaust tips. The black finished 20” HRE S200 forged 3-piece wheels have been mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires which are said to have traveled approximately 10k miles since new. The car has reportedly been garage-kept and never driven during the winter, while the seller notes some very small touched-up chips on the hood and rear fenders are virtually unnoticeable and protected under PPF. A small chip has also been filled in on the windshield. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The black Nappa leather interior is accented by high gloss carbon fiber trim, contrast stitching, heated leather M sport seats, M tri-color stitched seatbelts, and a BMW Individual Anthracite headliner. The optional Executive Package equips a heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, Parking Distance Control, full adaptive LED headlights with automatic high beams, side and top view cameras, Parking Assistant, and heads-up display, while the optional Driving Assistance Package provides the Active Driving Assistant and Speed Limit Info. Standard features include heated and power-adjustable front seats, Comfort Access keyless entry, automatic climate control, a Harmon Kardon sound system, and BMW iDrive infotainment with navigation, Bluetooth, and Apple Carplay connectivity. A BMW M Performance Alcantara shift knob and boot have been fitted, along with a radar detector, a cell phone mount, and a Weathertech trunk liner.
The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter S55 inline six-cylinder engine produces up to 444 HP and 406 lb.-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and an Active M limited-slip differential. The optional Competition Package features revised settings for the Adaptive M Suspension, Dynamic Stability Control, and differential, as well as new springs, dampers, and anti-roll bars. H&R height adjustable springs have been installed, as well as an Akropovic exhaust system, and a Turner Motorsports cold air intake system with carbon fiber lids and black aluminum charge pipes, with new carbon fiber charge pipes that will be included in the sale. This M3 has been dealership serviced since new, including regular oil changes and a brake fluid flush.
This sale will include a matching orange and black CoverKing premium car cover and a clean title.

@mbarturbo I couldn't agree with you more. Remus is a great setup, and the Akrapovic has been amazing too. The sounds you get in the lower gears are to die for. I do have a brief drive video, I'll see if I can get that posted. Thanks for the suggestion on the cold start, I'll try to get that done over the next few days of the auction.
I owned one of these with a Remus aftermarket exhaust. They sound great and are such great all around vehicles. Regret selling mine. This one looks very tastefully modified. Seller, you should post a cold start and driving video. They surely will generate some additional interest. GLWS
@Wlinta Also forgot to mention, this is the last year BMW offered the 6-Speed Manual in the Competition series. All newer 6-speed models cannot be obtained with the Competition Package. This is the last generation of 6-Speed Comp.
