Launched in 2015 as the first turbocharged V8 Ferrari since the iconic F40 supercar, the Ferrari 488 features a 661 HP engine paired with a 7-speed F1 dual-clutch transaxle. This 2018 Spider version is finished in Rosso Corsa over Beige Tradizione leather upholstery. It comes equipped with carbon ceramic brakes, SCM-E active suspension, black 20” five-spoke wheels, Scuderia fender shields, heated power-adjustable seats, carbon fiber trim, rear parking sensors, and a JBL sound system. Purchased by the seller in 2024, this 488 Spider is now being offered for auction out of Texas with approximately 8k miles on the odometer.
Designed by Flavio Manzoni at the Ferrari Styling Centre, the 488’s bodywork achieves 50% more downforce than its predecessor the 458 Italia by using an integrated rear spoiler, double front splitter, a larger rear diffuser, and a central “Aero Pillar” that guides air past the underbody. This Spider is finished in Rosso Corsa with a matching retractable hardtop. Equipment includes xenon headlights, Scuderia fender shields, carbon fiber side skirts and rear air ducts, dual tailpipes, a vented engine cover, rear parking sensors, red brake calipers, and black-painted 20” five-spoke alloy wheels with Michelin tires. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Beige Tradizione leather upholstery and matching carpets accented by a black leather dashboard and steering wheel, carbon fiber trim, and red deviated stitching. Equipment includes heated and power-adjustable seats with embroidered headrests, a three-spoke steering wheel a Manettino drive mode selector, pushbutton ignition, column-mounted paddle shifters, a yellow rev counter, dual-zone automatic climate control, digital multifunction driver displays, a navigation system, and a JBL sound system.
Rated at 661 HP and 561 lb.-ft of torque, the all-aluminum 3.9-liter V8 engine is paired with twin ball-bearing twin-scroll turbochargers and intercoolers. The rear wheels are driven through a 7-speed F1 dual-clutch automatic transmission and an E-Diff3 electronic limited-slip differential. Performance features include Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, SCM-E magnetorheological active suspension, and Ferrari Side-Slip Angle Control advanced traction control. Service in March 2024 included an oil change, a brake fluid flush, and a new cabin filter.
This sale will include an owner’s manual, a car cover, service records, and a clean title.

There is currently no PPF on it. Paint is in good condition. I’m not sure I will be able to get paint measurements in time before the auction closes.
Thanks for posting the window sticker. If you do get paint measurements, and PPF confirmation (yay/nay), please post. Shame it's lacking the front axle lift but that can be managed.
Jmb2003: If you expect to see some real bids on your 488, I suggest that you post the original window sticker. You can easily get a copy of it from your nearest Ferrari dealer. I would also post your latest service record showing the most recent oil change. I would also get a paint meter from Amazon today and post some readings. Are there any even minute paint flaws on the car? Are you sure there is no PPF. The film is so good today that sometimes it takes a professional just to detect it. Ferrari buyers are a sophisticated lot and they bid poorly on poorly vetted or documented cars. You need to help the bidders assess your 488.

Sorry for the direct copy. Just wanted to make sure to answer all the questions you have
Beautiful example of one of the finest models yet. A few questions: 1) do you have the original window sticker? Unfortunately the window sticker did not come with the car when I purchased it this year. 2) was the battery/trickle charge issue resolved? I currently have it charging on the trickle charge. No problems. 3) was the smoke from tailpipes resolved? no problems with smoke from the pipes either4) purchased by seller this year - why the sale? Just trying to lower some bills 5) PPF or no? Not currently 6) Black wheels - were they original to the vehicle, or is there another set not black? these were original to the car 7) Any touch up/paint/or paint measurements? no there has been no touchups
