Created by Shelby American, this 2018 Ford Mustang Shelby Super Snake comes finished in Lightning Blue Metallic over an Ebony leather interior. The supercharged 5.0L V8 produces up to 825 HP and the car comes fitted with special 20” forged aluminum wheels, an upgraded Brembo brake system, performance suspension, and custom Shelby styling. Dealer maintained with just over 2k miles from new, this 2018 Shelby Super Snake is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas.
This Mustang comes finished in Lightning Blue Metallic with white racing tripes and features Shelby-engineered body components including a rear spoiler, “SHELBY” tail panel, rear diffuser, rocker and wing assembly, a Super Snake ram-air hood, carbon-fiber mirror caps, and front fascia with Shelby exclusive cooling ducts, grilles, and a front splitter. The black-painted 20” forged aluminum wheels remain dressed in their original Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The finish has undergone a paint correction and ceramic coating treatment, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Ebony leather interior comes fitted with unique Shelby instrumentation, floor mats, and door sill plates. The seats are accented with gray Alcantara inserts with embroidered Shelby Super Snake logos in the backrests. Other unique details include a Shelby auxiliary dash-top gauge cluster and CSM serialized dashboard plaque. The car came factory equipped with the Shaker Pro 12-speaker audio system and the Safe & Smart Package which includes adaptive cruise control and blind spot with cross-traffic alert. The 5.0L Ford Coyote V8 engine is upgraded by Shelby American with a polished Whipple supercharger, Shelby Performance Program tune, high-performance fuel injectors, a performance air intake system, billet throttle body, an aluminum performance heat exchanger, and a Shelby Extreme Cooling system. The Super Snake is also fitted with a specially tuned Borla exhaust system. As much as 825 HP and 630 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels through a 10-speed Ford SelectShift automatic transmission with a transmission cooler and a Torsen limited-slip differential, which allows the Super Snake to reach 60 MPH from a standstill in just 3.5 seconds. The suspension has been revised by Shelby American with a lowered ride height, larger stabilizer bars, and a Penske Performance Damper Package. Stopping power comes from a Shelby-spec Brembo braking system. The CARFAX report shows a history of service through Ford dealers in Florida, Nevada, and Texas.
