Introduced as a more high-performance version of the Mercedes-AMG GT, the GT C model features wider bodywork, active rear steering, and a specially tuned twin-turbocharged M178 V8 engine producing 550 HP. This 2018 Roadster version comes finished in Black over a Black Exclusive Nappa Leather interior and was optioned with 19”/20” AMG 5-spoke wheels in Silver, an AMG Performance full DINAMICA steering wheel, a Black DINAMICA headliner, and heated and ventilated front seats. It was originally delivered by Mercedes-Benz of San Jose, California, and has been cared for by only two owners since. Having undergone a recommended 30k-mile service and with just over 15k miles showing on the odometer, this AMG GT C is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Colorado.
The AMG GT C features wider bodywork (79”) than a standard Mercedes-AMG GT and comes standard with red brake calipers, LED headlights, power-folding mirrors, and a rearview camera. This 2018 example is finished in Black with a matching soft top and comes appointed with AMG silver chrome trim as well as 19”/20” AMG 5-spoke wheels in silver. The car rides on Pirelli P Zero tires showing 9/32” of tread depth in front and 8/32” in the rear. The cabin is trimmed in Black Exclusive Nappa Leather upholstery with a matching DINAMICA suede headliner and three-spoke AMG Performance steering wheel. A twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 M178 engine delivers up to 550 HP and 502 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 7-speed AMG Speedshift automatic dual-clutch transmission (DCT). Standard performance features include rear-axle steering, AMG Performance Exhaust System, an electronic limited-slip differential, dynamic engine & transmission mounts, and AMG Ride Control adaptive suspension. The seller states all routine maintenance has been performed by authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers as reflected on the CARFAX report including a recommended 30k-mile interval service in 2021.
