Providing all-wheel-drive performance and twin-turbocharged flat-six power, this 2018 Porsche 991.2 Carrera 4 GTS comes finished in White over Black leather and Alcantara with Carmine Red accents as part of the GTS Interior Package. It was generously optioned with a 7-speed PDK transmission, 20” 911 Turbo S wheels, rear-axle steering, the Premium Package Plus, a tachometer dial in Carmine Red, carbon fiber center console trim, and more. Acquired by its second owner and seller as a Porsche Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle from Circle Porsche in December 2019 and upgraded with a Cobb engine tune, this Carrera 4 GTS is now being offered for auction out of California with less than 35k miles on the odometer.

This example comes finished in White and features optional LED headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+) along with 20” Turbo S center-locking wheels which come mounted in Michelin Pilot Sport tires from 2022. The Carrera 4 GTS presents a full-width taillight strip spanning the rear end along with black trim accents and wider bodywork compared to the standard Carrera model. The seller adds that an OEM rear spoiler has been fitted along with SOUL exhaust tips, an Akrapovic rear diffuser, and front mesh screens for radiator protection. This vehicle is said to have been used for one track day under the current ownership with a professional instructor. The front bumper is said to have been recently refinished to remove license plate mounting holes. Additionally, a paint correction was performed followed by the application of paint protection film and a ceramic coating. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing minor damage to the front bumper in April and November of 2018.

Inside, this 911 features optional carbon fiber center console trim along with the GTS Interior Package which equips Black leather and Alcantara upholstery with Carmine Red stitching. Additional options include a tachometer in Carmine Red, Adaptive Sports Seats Plus (18-way) with memory package, and the Premium Package Plus with 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats, Porsche Entry & Drive, Light Design Package, seat heating and ventilation, and auto-dimming mirrors. The seller adds that an upgraded amplifier and speakers have been installed.

A twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter flat-six engine produces up to 450 HP and 405 lb.-ft of torque, driving all four wheels via a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission. Standard performance features include Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), a mechanically locking rear differential, Sport Exhaust, the Sport Chrono Package, and high-performance brakes borrowed from the 911 Turbo. The seller adds that this vehicle has been enhanced with a Cobb engine tune and it has been serviced regularly by the professionals at BBI Autosports. An oil change is recommended within the next 900 miles.

This sale will include a clean title, owner's manuals, and a toolkit.

The seller would like you to know: "This is one awesome-looking and sounding GTS.  We are a Porsche family and my wife is sad to see this one go but we just picked up a 911 Turbo and don't have room for another car.  My wife has a Macan GTS which we need for grandkids. If I had room in the garage for another car I would keep it.  I have dialed it in over the last four years to where it is just a magnificent car. I am hoping it goes to someone who can appreciate it as much as I have.  I have never had any issues with the car.  Just a solid, beautiful Porsche Carrera 4 GTS."

@6thinline9 I believe most modern cars require it.

  • 6thinline9 (registered bidder) 5 months, 1 weekago

@jvuong thanks—and that’s exactly what I have to do on my tuned Mercedes and BMW. Just wondered if Porsche works in the same way.

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 1 weekago

@jvuong You are correct, drive it for a couple of days prior.

  • jvuong (registered bidder) 5 months, 1 weekago

@jimmillercpa @6thinline9 I believe you will need to drive the car a fair amount to get the car in a "ready" check state for smog. If you flash your ECU back to stock and get it checked right after, I'm almost positive it will fail.

COBB is also CARB exempted and can be used in California. I’m not sure if you would have to jump through extra hoops for smog, but like it was stated earlier it takes moments to swap back to the factory map. I had one on my WRX and would swap from my tune to factory all the time so I could stay in the stock autocross class. Super easy!

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@6thinline9 It only takes about 10 minutes. Very simple process. Cobb is a well known tuner company.

  • 6thinline9 (registered bidder) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@jimmillercpa Approximately how long does it take to reflash the ECU? And is there a driving procedure to reset the ECU back to stock, in order for it to pass smog? I believe if this sells within CA, the smog pass is your responsibility? I’ll bet the tune is awesome.

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@danielchanja I did not keep them.

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@danielchanja I have fortunately not had to have any warranty work done on the car. I am pretty sure the extended warranty is over soon or now. The tune by Cobb is easily removed. But, it is pretty awesome.

  • danielchanja 5 months, 2 weeksago

Are the original parts going to be coming with the vehicle?

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@danielchanja No, but the CPO period is almost over if not over.

  • danielchanja 5 months, 2 weeksago

Is the CPO void because of the tune?

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@6thinline9 I have the module to do it myself.

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@6thinline9 Ironically for the front bumper. I guess the first guy parked in the wrong spot.

I have not had to smog yet. The Cobb tune can easily be uninstalled and then reinstalled.

  • 6thinline9 (registered bidder) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@jimmillercpa Got it. Carfax shows two incidents? Also: and smog issues with the ECU tune? Thanks

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@folkmbr It has sport cats too. Sounds awesome.

  • jimmillercpa (seller) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@6thinline9 From what I was told by Circle Porsche in Long Beach, CA there was some minor front bumper damage from a shopping cart or something like that. The original person was leasing and just ran the repaint thru his insurance.

It was never in an accident.

  • 6thinline9 (registered bidder) 5 months, 2 weeksago

@jimmillercpa any ideas on what the 2 minor front Carfax damage reports were about? Nice car, great mods too.

except for the SOUL tips, is the exhaust stock?

  • Scalemotorsport (registered bidder) 5 months, 2 weeksago

Very nice to see one of these has been used, its a great spec and at the right price this will be a great buy. GLWTA!
