Remaining the most powerful and high-performance road-going Porsche 911 ever, the 991 GT2 RS features a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter engine sending 700 HP to the rear wheels along with a 7-speed PDK transmission, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV+), ceramic brakes (PCCB), and aggressive carbon fiber bodywork. This 2018 example is finished in GT Silver Metallic over a Black leather and Alcantara interior with Platinum Grey stitching. It was ordered with the optional Front Axle Lift System, an extended-range fuel tank, Bose Surround Sound System, Chrono Package, LED headlights in Black, instrument dials in White, sun visors in Alcantara, illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, and the Weissach Package including lightweight magnesium wheels. It has remained in the original owner’s collection from new and is now being offered for auction out of Florida with under 7k miles showing on the odometer.
The 991 GT2 RS is based on a contemporary 911 Turbo with which it shares its wide rear fenders and integrated side air intakes. It also includes unique front and rear bumpers as well as vented front fenders from the GT3 RS, side skirts, a NACA-ducted carbon fiber hood, an engine cover with carbon fiber air scoops, and a large rear wing. This example is finished in GT Silver Metallic and features optional LED headlights in Black as well as the Weissach Package which adds an exposed carbon fiber roof panel with a painted stripe that extends to the front of the bonnet. The car rides on optional 20”/21” 911 GT2 RS magnesium center-lock wheels in Satin Aluminum. The CARFAX report shows an accident to have occurred in October 2022 which caused damage to the front end. A corresponding invoice from Champion Motorsport shows the car was repaired by Stuttgart International Auto Body at a cost of over $44k including a new set of magnesium wheels, tires, and front center locks. The full CARFAX report is provided in the gallery along with the repair invoice and a Lemon Squad vehicle inspection.
Inside, this GT2 RS is appointed with Black leather and Alcantara upholstery accented by carbon fiber trim and deviated Platinum Grey stitching. Options include instrument dials in White, sun visors in Alcantara, illuminated door sill guards in stainless steel, a fire extinguisher, the Light Design Package, Bose Surround Sound System, Voice Control, Front Axle Lift System, a luggage net in the passenger footwell, automatically dimming mirrors with integrated rain sensor, and the Chrono Package with preparation for lap trigger. The optional Weissach Package also includes a commemorative placard on the carbon fiber trim above the glovebox and “Weissach RS” logos embroidered on the headrests of the lightweight carbon bucket seats.
A twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six sends up to 700 HP and 553 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achieved in as little as 2.7 seconds with a top speed of over 210 MPH. The GT2 RS is equipped as standard with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) specially tuned Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and Porsche Stability Management (PSM) programs, and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV+). The optional Weissach Package also reduces weight by 66 lbs. with the use of carbon fiber for the roof panel, anti-roll bars, and coupling rods. All routine maintenance has reportedly been kept up to date and the CARFAX report shows a 10k-mile service performed at Porsche Gold Coast in 2019 at just over 3k miles.

It looks like this car has sat since it got repaired last. The check in was 6705 for repairs and then it’s only been driven 21 miles after that. This is just to strange for me to place a bid at all. GLWS, guys you really need to do homework on this one.
Pictures 100 and 101 show a ton of corrosion on the exhaust bolts and also what might be the manifold or cat flange. How do you account for that on a 7k mile car? Also can you explain the amount of debris around the engine lid, especially the oil sticker peeling?

Hard to make any sense of the invoices and accidents. Cant see how there could be (2) separate incidents so close but that sure seems to be the case. Wonder if Hagerty was only involved in the first accident so as to keep the CarFax 'cleaner'? Car looks very nice but does seem to be a lot of small sections of dirt in the cracks around the rubber bushing areas. Hopefully the reserve takes into account the accident and condition for a car of this reputation.
@Hemibob you are more than welcome to call and verify as well, I know it sounds like a lot of money, but when wheels alone make up just shy of $50k, this was not such a significant repair in the high end business that these shops operate in.

@Cielo you have to read it closely and try to make sense out of it. We don’t want to mislead anyone. One thing we can tell you is that Champion has a close relationship with Stuttgart as they are a factory approved shop for Porsche and other very high end cars. I myself had a Murci that needed some work and I was beyond impressed with their level of quality.
I believe Champion sublets the work to them as part of their corporate policy to have a factory authorized repair facility complete the work. Nonetheless everything that was repaired is documented there regardless of how many instances occurred. I hope this helps.
@eurosellinc why wouldn’t you talk to champion and stuttgart? You would think a car that needed 175k in repairs between both shops would remember the car.

Could you also confirm the condition of the underbody? There appears to be significant scratches to the undertray and metal/aluminum components yet the Lemon Squad reports the underbody in Good condition.

Clarity on this being a single incident or two is needed.
The Champion receipt has an invoice date of 8/15/2022 with mileage out at 6,560. The charge being essentially $30k in replacement wheels and tires, $10k in paint and body, and $2k in shipping to NY after repairs were complete.
The Stuttgart receipt has a date-in of 11/08/2022 with mileage at 6,705 and essentially $146k of repairs.
Either this was two seperate significant accidents or someone drove it 145 niles with $146k of damage or maybe mileage was miss reported.
Also curious is the Lemon Squad inspection at 6,738 miles shows tires at 7/32, 8/32, 8/32, 10/32. Three of four measures seem low for being replaced by Champion 178 miles previous.
Further reading: Champion receipt says Stuttgart work was complete 7/28/2022. Stuttgart invoice says car in-date 11/08/2022.

@9KRS I agree photos would be great, however, the situation is that this is an estate. The owner passed and we did all we good to provide transparency both having a third party inspection and even more importantly including the repair receipts from 2 of the most reputable shops that are qualified to work on a vehicle of this caliber. Everything is in the gallery for the bidders to see and we can assure you this car is here to sell so don't miss it.

Thank you for the interest. The owner of the vehicle passed away and we are listing it for the estate so the information is limited which is why we had the third party inspection performed. We may be able to locate the repair bills and are fairly certain that the work was facilitated by champion Porsche. We appreciate the interest and will do all we can to get the info needed.
