This 2018 GT2 is currently being offered for auction out of a collection based out of New York. With just over 300 miles driven since new, this car has barely seen road use and stands in showroom-new condition. Completely original and loaded with must-have options, this GT2 is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner.
As expected, the timeless GT Silver metallic paint is in like-new condition. The seller states that the vehicle has been kept in a climate controlled setting since new. This example highlights the extremely desirable $18,000 Weissach package adding exterior accents such as a contrasting stripe on the exposed carbon hood and roof as well as “Porsche” lettering on the aggressive rear wing. Staying true to its lightweight design, this GT2 rides on magnesium 20/21” wheels finished in spectacular White Gold Metallic. Exterior factory options include attractive carbon fiber window triangles as well as LED PDLS headlights in black.

@Piderman Assuming this is the original owner selling the car..., the original selling dealers would like the cars back before they are offered to public. If they find out the car was sold elsewhere they could cut the owner off from having access to future hard to buy Porsche’s. So the VIN is most probably hidden to not tip off original selling dealer.

@Bweitman Thanks for the info. Mine was near the end of the production. Was a Weissach, and are magnesium. Just a different look. A bit strange they would make two versions for such a limited production. No matter what been a fun car. Does draw crowds when stopped.
@dhuckabay The wheels in these photos are the premium Magnesium Wheels with the Weissach package. I have a GT2RS and these are the same as the ones I have. The factory was having problems securing the wheels and started to deliver cars without them and then send the wheels at a later date when their suppliers had more wheels. I have learned the last few hundred that were delivered were no longer offering the Magnesium wheels altogether because of the issue their wheel manufacturer was having making them. So some cars were actually delivered with 2 sets of wheels. The Magnesium wheels in these photos are the most desired wheels and any others you have seen on the GT2RS are either the less desireable wheel or the spare wheels that some cars were delivered with while the Magnesium wheels were on backorder.
Curious
The mag wheels are not the same as are on mine and others I have seen. Does anyone know if they made different styles? I heard that near the end that the Weissach package did not have the mag wheels in it like the first ones.
Nice and all, but this launch interior always puts one in mind of a Nineteenth Century Parisian brothel. I suppose in some ways that fits. GLWTA.
