We are pleased to offer this 2018 Porsche 991.2 GT3 finished in Rhodium Silver over a black extended leather interior.  This 2018 example was custom ordered and delivered to the original owner through Porsche’s European Delivery program at the factory in Zuffenhausen before it was imported back to Canada.  It came optioned with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), the Front Axle Lift System, Sport Chrono Package, extended leather upholstery, carbon fiber bucket seats, illuminated doorsill guards in stainless steel, and other exclusive factory features.  It was listed and sold on PCARMARKET earlier in 2021 and has since been imported to the U.S. with proper DOT and EPA authorizations.  Now showing just over 8k miles on the odometer, this generously appointed GT3 Touring is being offered for auction by its second owner out of Illinois.

This GT3 comes finished in Rhodium Silver with optional painted side skirts and wheels finished in Platinum Satin.  The front end has been preserved under a layer of clear paint protection film, detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.  The Touring Package adds bright silver window surrounds and replaces the standard fixed rear wing of the GT3 with the more understated electrically operated spoiler of the Carrera model.  The 20” GT3 center-lock wheels come dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.

Inside, you will find a black leather interior with carbon-fiber bucket seats and optional extended leather upholstery covering the dashboard, door panels, steering column casing, and transmission tunnel.  Other noteworthy details include the Light Design Package, illuminated doorsill guards in stainless steel, instrument dials in White, pedals and footrest in aluminum, sun visors in Alcantara, and a storage compartment lid with embossed Porsche crest.  The driver is also supplied with automatically dimming mirrors, HomeLink, the Sport Chrono Package, Bose Surround Sound System, and Front Axle Lift System.  An image of the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity is provided in the gallery.  Some very minor signs of wear are reported on the seating surfaces and an integrated Escort radar detector system has been installed.

This second-generation 991 GT3 features a naturally aspirated 4.0L flat-six engine that revs up to 9k-RPM while producing 500 HP.  Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission, providing for a 0-60 time of approximately 3.2 seconds and a top speed of over 190 MPH.  Rear-axle steering and PASM suspension are equipped as standard, and this example has been optioned with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB).  The seller confirms all scheduled services to be up to date and there are no outstanding maintenance items reported at this time.

This sale will include original owner's manuals, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, and a clean title. Do not miss your chance to get behind the wheel of a beautifully configured example of one of the most sought-after modern Porsches on the road.

@Jstrausct - can you give me a shout at eightsixzerofivezeroeightsevenfiveeightseven - I have some insight on the sport seats

  • Gbelmonti (seller) 2 years, 7 monthsago

@Jstrausct I do know LWBS are sought after and run over $15,000 from Porsche if you can even source them. You can sell the LWBS for a profit after buying sport seats. Quick search shows $4,500 for sport seats on eBay vs. $12,700 bucket seats on eBay. With some digging I bet you can find someone willing to swap. Hope this helps.

  • Jstrausct (registered bidder) 2 years, 7 monthsago

does anyone know how much it would cost to swap the full bucket seat for sport seats?

I had a private message asking about tracking the car and any scuffs or blemishes. I wanted to share that this car has definitely never been tracked, the tires are original as detailed by date codes with no excessive wear, excellent tread life and same goes for PCCB's. 7,700 of the miles were driven on pristine roads in Vancouver BC, the painted lower rocker panels and lower wheel wells show no patina from tiny road stones, very impressive. The finish is perfect, one minor swirl like mark on the front apron's clear wrap that won't even show up in a photo. Hope this answers some questions for others interested.

A DME reading has been added to the listing gallery.

  • Gbelmonti (seller) 2 years, 7 monthsago

@djbrassard I found the DME, will upload later.

  • Gbelmonti (seller) 2 years, 7 monthsago

@djbrassard I haven’t performed either. I bought the car with up to date service and I had no reason to consider performing a DME. I will look in my records for any additional reports I may not have uploaded.

Is there any DME report or PPI? Thank you

I have the exact same car with the same mileage and almost the same spec, just in a different color. It's a fantastic driving experience, and I think it's the prettiest of all the 991s. Good luck with the auction!

@beckerj01 @beckerj01: I acquired a 1992 Carrera RS the same time I bought the GT3, and for various reasons only one can stay for now. Finding another RS (31,000 miles, 100% original) seems like a fading reality and I had to make a choice. I will probably be back in the Touring market a few years from now. I love everything about this GT3; you were very close to looking at a guards red Carrera RS here instead.
