@Roku12 I like as it is pictured...very nicely done IMO...very nice.
I just saw it this AM, thus catching me “off guard”, sort of ...will see..

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@PorscheGuys Yes sir. OEM exhaust including original exhaust tips comes with the car. They are pictured below in the gallery. Original amber reflectors also come with the car. I much prefer the clear/grey but its all included. Both sets of seat inserts as well. Thats a $2,000 value alone. All books, window sticker, and I even have the books on the new Carrera T as well as the 991.2 from porsche. All service record and receipts as well in the folder with the car.
    Inserts $2,000
    Exhaust $1800
    PPF film $4000

This car has $7800 worth of extras already invested for the new owner to enjoy. And if you wish to put it to 100% stock that can be done easily within 2 hours.

  • PorscheGuys (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

    Very nice spec ...
Does the OEM exhaust come with the car ?
    Thx

@amissair Thank you, but no on the trade

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@userabc123 @Hartclay No on the ashtray. I keep all the weed in the ashtray. ;-)

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@userabc123 @Hartclay Original wheels ARE sold with the car. Or the spyder wheels - buyers choice. If you think you should get the original wheels AND a $6700 set of Spyder Wheels - Sorry but thats not on the table. You can choose one set.

How many modern 911’s are for sale that come with two brand new sets of wheels tires? Id say it’s nice there is a choice...

  • c2silver (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

    Roku12
Beautiful specimen. (I have a "T" in red, and love it).
Serious bidding doesn't start until the two minute mark!

  • userabc123 (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Id be a serious bidder but have concerns. Would want both sets of wheels with the car. The original wheels included. Thoughts? Thanks. Is the ashtray detailed? Lol

  • amissair (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Trades welcomed for other aircooled 911?

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

One day to go. Where are the real buyers?
This one will not be sitting around Deal Tank.

  • Digs (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Referring to the "smoking" question. GLWTA!

  • Digs (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

  • smiles11 3 years, 9 monthsago

Was there any other mods other than the obvious ones listed?

  • Gofaster (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

    @Roku12 That is hilarious.;)

  • Jamesboyd58 (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Great spec. I’d be a bidder if I didn’t already have a Miami Blue T (which I will never sell). The T is so versatile and fun. I drive mine to work, take it on road trips, and track it. GLWTA.

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@Gofaster I mostly smoke weed in it. But also a pipe, Marlboro reds, and at least a one cigar daily. NO - the car has never been smoked in :-)

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@Gofaster That is called a DME report. It’s related to over revs. You want a DME without over revs and this car shows no over revs, not even in range one. Its a good thing.

  • Gofaster (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Photo 64/76 has a list of items on it and the tab at the top indicated fault codes. This is what I was referring to. Thanks for your fast reply!

  • Gofaster (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Where is the car located? Has it ever been smoked in?

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@Gofaster There are no fault codes.

I am the second owner and very goid friends with the first owner. Carfax is wrong / they list Porsche Beachwood as an owner - they are a dealer NOT an owner.

I cant give you a lesson on Porsches in the comment section but IMS has not been an issue since the 996 and 997.1. Over 12 years ago. You’ll have to do some research.

But no, there are no issues with the car whatsoever.

  • Gofaster (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

This would be my first Porsche if I purchase it. Can anyone tell me if the shown fault codes is normal? Why so many owners?
Any known maintenance concerns with these I should be concerned with IMS ?
    Thanks!

@Roku12 Thanks, that's what I figured but wanted to make sure.

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@Wcl4 thank you for asking and I want to be VERY clear on this:

The car has PPF film on the entire front end. The paint meters 4.5 and the film adds 7 mills. So you will see 11.5 to 12 on all areas with PPF film. There is NO paint work anywhere on the car.

  • Wcl4 (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@roku12 The paint reading on the hood is above 11 because...? I didn't see paint readings on the front fenders. Thank you.

  • OneTrueCarGuy (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

I have this car in Racing Yellow with all the nice options inc manual, rear steering and a slick roof. I don't have the PCCB's and wish my car came with them but don't track it so they are really not necessary. I sold a 2012 GTS4 before buying the T and just love the way it drives. As it's been said already, the last of the narrow body cars and the prices of correctly spec'd ones have remained very strong. I bought mine from a Porsche dealer in New Orleans who told me it had more customer interest than a GT3 Touring they also were selling at the same time. I love the one for sale here in white with the hounds tooth seats and spider wheels.

  • White6speed 3 years, 9 monthsago

Porsche did not do the greatest job marketing these cars early so dealers were left to spec and chose sunroof/PDK options which were the opposite of what the enthusiastic wanted so the correctly built cars are even lower numbers. I did MT, PCCB but 2 ways as I have an RS with buckets.
You have a great car. Last narrow body as well.

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@White6speed Thanks for sharing...of those I see only 2 manual T’s for sale across the US. I do not believe there are any manual with buckets. There are only ~170 T’s w. buckets to begin with - even less w, the buckets and a manual.

  • White6speed 3 years, 9 monthsago

I have one. On RL A guy listed all T’s for sale in US and there were 9. These are great cars. Good luck!

  • HelpMeHelpU (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

This is a nearly perfectly specced T (only thing missing, according to Pete Stout, is PCCBs), and it's got some very nicely done additions (wheels, stripes, seat inserts).

This is the car everyone who really wants to DRIVE a Porsche around should be buying. So much of it is much more accessible to the driver on regular roads; it's really the car for just about everyone. Totally surprised it hasn't been snatched up yet.

  • JNasty (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@Roku12 - that was actually a typo :). Can't edit here like BAT.

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@JNasty I look forward to seeing your bidding - this is clearly the car you are looking to buy based on your comments below.

The comment I am referring to is from 2 days ago where you state “the carrera T is the worst of all” so I hope you can understand where my confusion stems from.

Good luck bidding. Its a truly flawless example.

  • JNasty (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@Roku12 - I bought the black GT3 that was a deal tank 30 days ago. I have one of my 928s listed for sale right now, and an the leading bidder for some hard back sport seats. I bought an M491 cab off a dealer 45 days ago and I can give you my BAT handle and you can see purchases.

As for the "T" comments, go back and read again. I EXPRESSLY said that "if you do one it has to be the carbon buckets and rear seat delete". The car listed there was not such.

My carbon bucket, 7 speed "T" didn't work as a daily drive. So I sold it w/ 3.8K miles on it. I bought an aventurine green PDK 992 "S" as my daily. So, buying one back would be filling another role.

The P-car guys can vouch for the above.

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@JNasty Did you? I see you comment and have very detailed Q’s on almost EVERY Pcar auction, are you bidding on all of these cars... and I also see you posted some recent comments trashing the Carrera T. Happy to answer Q’s but I’d like to qualify real bidders. Hope you can respect that.

The cat bypass is Soul. I’ve already answered your insert question.

  • JNasty (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@Roku12 - who makes the aftermarket exhaust? And, like the inserts, both included? Full disclose: I hunted the country for a 7 speed slick top w/ carbon buckets. Sold it. Miss it. Want one back. And yours popped up :)

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Photos of the undercarriage have been added. Its just as clean underneath.

@pcarmarket - can you post the videos?

  • Norge911 (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Great looking car and very accurate description of the T. GLWS

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

*Lightweight GT2 rear glass, less sound deadening, a lack of rear seats, limited-slip differential, more aggressive final drive ratio, fabric door pulls, short throw shifter, lowered suspension and so on, aims to create the enthusiast's 911...
*Only ~170 of the 911 Carrera T's produced had Carbon Bucket Seats w. rear seat delete (option code P11)
    *Last narrow body 911
    * Porsche wanted to name it "Clubsport" after its spiritual predecessor, the 1987 911 Carrera 3.2 Clubsport, but BMW owns the trademark on that name these days. "T" is what they had left.
    * The 2018 model year Carrera T celebrates the 50th anniversary of Vic Elford winning the Monte Carlo Rally in 1968 with his 911T. Porsche had a new 2018 T built commemorating the anniversary
*”The GT3 Touring Package was Porsche's response to 911R prices skyrocketing. But even that was an expensive, limited-production car--just not quite as expensive or limited as the R. As a result, Porsche had been fielding requests for a more affordable 911 that got some of the same treatment as the R. The answer was the Carrera T."
*Manual Trans, 918 Carbon Bucket Seats w. rear seat delete, RAS (rear axle steering) 'Slick Top' no sunroof, Carrera T Interior, Alcantara Wheel and shifter...

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@JNasty The 911R triple stripe was not an option on the T, I added them. You can easily swap them out for the carrera T stripe if you prefer... P1 Designs did the pepita inserts. OEM inserts are alcantara and yes, both sets of seat inserts will sell with the car.
*Only one set of wheels comes with the car - they are identical size, offset, with the exact same Pirelli tires. I put the RS Spyder wheels at 2900 miles. So similar miles on both sets. The RS Spyder wheels cost me $6700 with shipping from Suncoast and they are porsche factory wheels w. TPMS.

  • JNasty (registered bidder) 3 years, 9 monthsago

@Roku12 - did you remove the "T" meteor gray stripe and put on the "Porsche" stripe? Don't see it on the build? Also, who was the source/brand for the houndstooth inserts? And are the OEM alancantra? Both come w/ car? Lastly, both sets of wheels same sizes? Same tire wear? Buyer gets one?

  • Roku12 (seller) 3 years, 9 monthsago

Thank you for considering my Carrera T. The car is absolutely flawless...Please feel free to tag me with any questions & I’ll do my best to answer quickly.
