Updated for the 2018 model year, the revised 991.2 911 GT3 featured a larger 4.0-liter flat-six along with improved aerodynamics offering a 20% increase in downforce compared to the generation prior. Finished in White over a Black leather and Alcantara interior, this GT3 is equipped with a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission, the Front Axle Lift System, an extended-range fuel tank, and more. This GT3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Pennsylvania while showing just under 47k miles on the odometer.

The GT3 is distinguishable from the standard 911 by its revised bumpers, larger air intakes, more pronounced side skirts, fixed rear wing, rear diffuser, and dual center-mounted exhaust outlets. Finished in White, this example rides on 20” GT3 center-lock wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The seller adds that the wheels were refinished in gloss black under previous ownership and some signs of road wear are present on the rocker panels as well as a small scratch near a taillight. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

Inside, the driver is greeted by a Black leather and Alcantara interior with deviated Platinum Grey stitching and brushed aluminum trim. Equipment includes power seats, a three-spoke Alcantara steering wheel, carpet floor mats, automatic climate control, a luggage net in the passenger footwell, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM). The seller notes some wear is present on the steering wheel and all gauges, electronics, and accessories are working properly.

Revving up to 9k RPM, the naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six sends as much as 500 HP and 339 lb.-ft. of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is reached in approximately 3 seconds on to a top speed of 198 MPH. Standard performance features include a mechanical rear differential lock, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), rear-axle steering, and Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). The Front Axle Lift System was also opted for along with an extended-range fuel tank. This GT3 benefits from recent service at Porsche of Warrington including a replaced air filter, an oil and filter change, replaced serpentine and drive belts, and a new cabin air filter.

This sale will include a toolkit, some documentation, and a clean title (lien).

Do you have any underside pictures? I think we will be able to see some tell-tail signs of the car being tracked. I wonder if it is possible to get these photos in before the auction ends. 3-1/2 hours may be wishfull thinking.

@akkando Looks like it was leased in a company name.

I previously asked about the corporate use history as seen on Carfax but no answer. Any info on that?

@supermoo Driving videos have been uploaded. Just waiting for them to post. The tires are currently at 7/32's and dated 2021 so they are very good. I don't have measurements on the brakes, but if you look at the invoice from the Porsche dealer this past June it shows they did a multi point inspection. If it needed brakes, there is no doubt they would have listed that.

It doesn't appear to have been tracked. I am a track guy myself so I know the tell tale signs. Only cosmetic issue is the normal 911 stone chips by the rear wheels on areas that the shark fins don't cover.

Looks perfect. Any chance of getting a driving video? Can you comment on condition of the current tires (depth) and status of brakes? Any track time with this one?

What's the deal with the corporate ownership? Track car rental? Rental car?

  • tkasser (seller) 10 months, 2 weeksago

@carnut I uploaded service records but I don't see them showing here yet. The engine out was to replace leaking oil lines.

Why was the engine pulled in 2023 "for repair"? Details please. Thanks
