Introduced as the pinnacle of Porsche’s 718 model range, the GTS offers 365 HP from its turbocharged 2.5-liter engine along with the Sport Chrono Package and Porsche Vectoring (PTV) as standard equipment. Finished in Chalk over a black interior, this 2018 Cayman GTS features optional PASM Sport Suspension, 7-speed PDK transmission, Premium Package Plus, Bose Surround Sound System, extended deviated stitching, and much more. This example is now being offered for auction with approximately 47k miles on the odometer.
This 718 comes finished in Chalk and features an optional Porsche logo in Satin Black, LED headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus, and power-folding exterior mirrors. GTS models include darkened trim for the headlights, taillights, and badging. The car rides on factory black painted 20” Carrera S wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The black leather interior has been optioned with Premium Package Plus, which adds 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, automatically dimming mirrors, an integrated rain sensor, two-zone automatic climate control, seat heating, Porsche Entry & Drive, and Light Design Package. Additional options include seat ventilation, Porsche crested headrests, a heated multifunction steering wheel, Power Steering Plus, Lane Change Assist, and Bose Surround Sound System. Optional accents consist of seatbelts in Chalk, carbon fiber trim and doorsill guards, the substitution of leather for Alcantara, the addition of Alcantara sun visors, a center console lid with a model logo, a PDK selector in aluminum, a fire extinguisher, and extended deviated stitching with leather covering the steering column casing, inner door sill guards, and seat backrests.
The turbocharged 2.5-liter flat-four engine in the GTS generates up to 365 HP and 309 lb.-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels by way of a dual-clutch 7-speed PDK transmission. The Sport Chrono Package comes standard along with brake-based Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). This example also featured the optional PASM Sport Suspension which lowers the ride height by 20mm. Wow I should’ve bid, I figured RNM not sold.
I didn’t want to ruin the auction. However as much as I want to like the 2.5 turbo. I have a 981S (PDK) and 2 Subaru’s these cars sound exactly like the Subaru ???? I can’t bring myself to part with the Awesome sound of the flat6. It’s part of the overall driving experience and fun. Just my opinion of course

I want so badly to appreciate the Turbo 4’s better weight and power positive’s ! i also can’t think of a better match to a turbo engine than a PDK keeping it spooled up. So intuitive a pure joy to drive anywhere. Track backroads even city stop light to stoplight.?.
