We are pleased to present this 2018 Porsche 991.2 GT3 Touring finished in Chalk over a black leather interior with cloth seat centers and Custom Tailoring. Favored by many enthusiasts for its understated styling and standard GT Sport 6-speed manual transmission, the GT3 Touring remains one of the most desirable modern Porsche's on the market. This 2018 example was custom ordered by its original owner at a sticker price of over $191k with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), the Front Axle Lift System, extensive deviated stitching throughout the cabin, and a host of factory Exclusive details. Currently showing just over 2k miles on the odometer, this GT3 Touring is now being offered for auction by its original owner out of Northern California accompanied by the remainder of a 3-year Porsche prepaid maintenance plan.
This Touring is presented in Chalk, a light grey color that harkens back to the nonmetallic shades of the 1950s and 60s. The front end of the vehicle has been preserved under Xpel paint protection film and the full exterior has recently received a ceramic coating within the last 400 miles. Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Featuring an automatically deployed rear spoiler in place of the standard GT3 wing, the Touring is characterized by its streamlined and understated profile. Euro-style clear side marker lenses have been added, and this particular example has also been factory optioned with LED headlight in black, SportDesign exterior mirrors with high-gloss black lower trims, painted side skirts, and 20” GT3 center-lock wheels in Satin Platinum. The optional Front Axle Lift System also enables the nose of the car to be raised and lowered for extra clearance.
Inside, this Touring sports a black leather interior with cloth seat inserts, extensive deviated stitching in yellow, and Custom Tailoring options including extended leather upholstery, painted air vents, and seatbelt outlet trims in Alcantara. Factory Exclusive options include instrument dials in White, seatbelts in Racing Yellow, sun visors in Alcantara, and illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber. The owner has also opted to equip the carbon fiber gear shift knob from the Porsche 911R (original included). A complete list of factory specifications is provided below:
This second-generation 991 GT3 is equipped with a 4.0L flat-six engine rated at 500 HP. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission which allows the driver to take full control of the naturally aspirated power. Rear-axle steering and PASM suspension are equipped as standard, and this example also benefits from optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) which offers superior stopping power. Additionally, it has been upgraded with a GMG cat-back sport exhaust system for increased power and sound. This GT3 has recently received its two-year recommended service from an authorized Porsche dealer and the seller reports that the remainder of the 3-year Porsche prepaid maintenance plan will be transferred to the next owner.
This sale will include the original shift knob, yellow side marker lenses, Porsche indoor car cover, Porsche battery charger, and a clean title. This exceptionally well-configured GT3 Touring is just waiting to be enjoyed by a new owner, do not let this opportunity pass you by.

@Fastcar.blue Well bought, I'm kicking myself for not going one more but I swore I wouldn't bid more than $230k...lol
Enjoy, it's a great buy!
Congrats
Incredible! Thanks folks, and congrats @fastcar.blue
Its a beautiful spec. Similar to mine except for ceramic brakes and wheels. Yellow stitching and the extra leather, especially the seatbacks in leather with the 18 ways fit the touring so well and makes it almost always the choice to drive.
@Fastcarblue Well played! ???
@Fastcar.blue It's all you now. GL

@Bretoner I agree! Lucky you for nabbing a GBM Touring, that’s my wife’s color and I tried to match but opted for Chalk and fell for all the contrast options. It’s almost white in sunlight and a light grey in the evening. At nearly $193k there weren’t many options left out, I haven’t seen another Touring as loaded.
Chalk went from being a nice colour to a really cool colour to my favourite colour. I have a graphite blue Touring but this chalk colour is the ticket.
If you’re in the market for a touring, it doesn’t get any better than this, gents.
The build on this car is over the top. Could be the first Touring to fetch $300K. Still a bargain compared to what an R sells for.

@donutcritic Yes, I had the opportunity to see this car in person a few days ago. It is immaculate and stunningly appointed, right down to the chalk colored air vents in the cabin. No detail not attended to. Yellow stitching makes it — not a mark on the pristine chalk paint that I could see. Owner takes his cars very seriously. Bid with confidence. It’s a gem!
@ansonurpants It comes w 2 keys. 1 is stock, the primary key was upgraded w (OE) Chalk sides, natch.
@Dozer Everything about the car is immaculate and original, including the paint. I just showed it to @rak1161 who can comment on how the chalk glistens w ceramic coating!
Bid in the amount of $215,000
does it come with one key or two keys?
Bid in the amount of $200,000
Perfect specimen to see what Porsche’s options look like outside the configurator. It’s deviated stitching galore. Just beautiful!
Is the paint all original? Thanks.
Bid in the amount of $189,750
@ansonurpants There isn't a dark spot on the glove box, I could have been a photo artifact or since I had just closed the box. I just posted pic #101 taken this morning which shows no smudges. There is a *very* slight flaw in the leather to the right of the handle - Porsche isn't perfect.
Bid in the amount of $187,500
Bid in the amount of $185,000
what's that dark spot on the glove box to the right of the handle?
@FLYEGM There was no cutting or modification involved in installing the GMG exhaust (see link below). It’s a bolt on product. I intended to keep the car and didn’t retain the OE exhaust, though they can be purchased thru various Porsche parts sites.
Do you still have the the stock exhaust? Was there any cutting or welding required for you the aftermarket system? Thanks in advance.
Bid in the amount of $180,000
@9000r.p.m. The car has the GMG WC Center Section exhaust shown in https://shop.gmgracing.com/products/gmg-wc-991-gt3-exhaust-center-section in black ceramic. The most accurate videos I found are https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yRDYgfAvMw and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeKMM1lIehY The exhaust (and XPEL) was installed at GMG in Los Angeles when I took delivery.
It's a terrific exhaust: bright sound upon cold start that fades to the background during normal driving. I've done conference calls with highway driving, people report hearing road noise but not exhaust. Lighting up throttle or opening the exhaust valves brings back the noise to your attention. There's no drone or strange vibration. For reference, GMG installed the same exhaust on my prior 991.1 GT3 and the experience was so additive to the experience I did the same on the Touring!
Any chance you can post a video of the exhaust sound? Revs, drive by, cold start? Any chance you can post some pics of the undercarriage? Please tell me more about the exhaust mods. Side delete? Center delete? Both? Thank you.
I posted a new photo of the ceiling (above front seats). Like the rest of the car, it's in mint condition! The variances in alcantara can be brushed, the ceiling appears consistent with similar vintage cars in recent auctions.

I wish the real bidding would start.
Wow. Beautiful build!
@ansonurpants There are no scratches in the headliner or interior. It looks like vacuum marks - like the vertical stripes in the backseat area. I will post a new pic later today.
@ansonurpants looks like scratches in the headliner in photo GT3T-67.jpeg would like to know if those are scratches?
Bid in the amount of $165,500
are those scratches on the headliner above the driver?
@ansonurpants The transmission does downshift automatic rev matching when it's in Sport mode [imho, should have been on by default - it's manual afterall]. It's glorious.
hmm no Chrono package, I wonder if it has the auto blip feature? I think the regular 911s only get the auto blip with the sport Chrono package.

This spec is amazing.
I'm a new GT3T owner (3 weeks ago).
These cars are amazing. The most fun-to-drive car I've ever owned and one of the best built and solid cars I've had.
I would be ALLLLL over this if I didn't have one.
Heck, I might pick up a second one... these cars are addicting.
GLWS! Although you don't need it.
Amazing spec.
Can't stop looking at the photos!

Woof, photographing my Touring made me second guess my decision to part with this beast! I've been fortunate to own several Porsches, inc. a winged 991.1 GT3, the 991.2 Touring is a remarkable blend of 964/993 manual feel, superhero driver aides and modern conveniences. The under-the-radar vibe belies the driving experience and performance.
Please send me any questions and thanks for your interest.
