Topping Porsche’s Macan model range, the Turbo version offers an output of 400 HP from its twin-turbocharged V6 engine along with Air Suspension and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus as standard equipment. This 2018 example comes finished in Jet Black Metallic over a two-tone Black and Garnet Red leather interior, featuring the optional Carbon Fiber Interior Package, Sport Chrono Package, and Premium Package Plus. It has also been upgraded with a COBB Stage 1 performance tune, BMC air filters, billet diverter valves, and a K40 radar detector system. Acquired by the current owner in February 2021 and recently serviced in October 2022, this Macan is now being offered for auction out of New Jersey showing approximately 24k miles on the odometer.

This Macan is finished in Jet Black Metallic and is distinguishable as a Turbo by its red-painted brake calipers, unique front fascia, SportDesign side skirts, and rectangular exhaust outlets. Equipment includes optional LED headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+) and 21” 911 Turbo Design wheels. The car rides on a set of Pirelli Scorpion winter tires. Factory paint protection film is installed over the front end, a ceramic coating has been applied to the exterior, and the front corner lenses received a smoked finish. One small imperfection is noted on the rear driver’s side rim, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing moderate damage to have occurred in 2020.

Inside, this Macan features two-tone Black and Garnet Red upholstery complemented by optional carbon fiber trim throughout. Optional features include Sport Chrono Package, Porsche Connect Plus, and Premium Package Plus which adds a panoramic roof, auto-dimming mirrors, Lane Change Assist (LCA), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), front-seat ventilation, Porsche Entry & Drive, and ParkAssist (front and rear) with reversing camera. An integrated K40 radar detector system has been installed and the seller notes some wear on the driver’s seat bolster.

Rated at 400 HP and 406 lb.-ft of torque stock, the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine drives all four wheels by way of a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. The Turbo comes with larger brakes than a standard Macan along with Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) and Air Suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). The power output of this Macan has been increased with a reversible COBB Stage 1 tune, aftermarket billet diverter valves, and BMC performance dry air filters. Maintenance under the current ownership included resealing of the front timing chain cover miles along with new fuel lines in March 2021 at 22,763 miles as well as a service in October 2022 with PDK and brake fluid flushes.

This sale will include the original owner’s manuals, factory diverter valves, a set of rubber all-season floor mats, and a clean title.

@MakaFeli Great question! The accident occurred with the original owner. I believe the repair was done through Jack Daniels Porsche in Upper Saddle River, NJ, as the car was being serviced by them before and after the accident, but I don't have repair information beyond the car fax. Although I always include paint meter readings I did specifically do them for the Macan to point out the slightly thicker readings on the hood area, reflecting that paint work was indeed done. But aside from the readings the car looks excellent and one cannot discern it was in an accident.
The line your seeing in the picture is the edge of the paint protection film. I'll take another picture of that area, with different lighting and upload.

Could you provide any additional information regarding the accident in 2020 and the damage incurred and what was serviced/fixed?
In the paint meter reading for the driver door, it appears as if there is a scratch running vertically just in front of the door? Could you please confirm?
On driver side lower portion of the doors, please confirm no scratches or paint issues, as it is most glare from pictures.
Additionally, are the differences in paint meter readings from parts fixed from the accident? Any other potential reasons? (pardon if silly question)

If anyone has any questions I’m on on the evenings EST. I attached multiple video links below to help further view the vehicle.

Thanks @Amasdaha ! It seems PCAR didn’t remove it yet. I commented regarding two days ago. I think I can only add photos not remove them once submitted. The actual cars build/option sheet is picture # 107

  • Amasdaha (registered bidder) 1 year, 4 monthsago

Nice rig! You may want to change your last photo of the build descriptor, it's for a 911, not a Macan. Just sayin'.

Good questions artichoke. The accident occurred during the original ownership. I would guess the airbags deployed only because of the accident reflecting more than light/superficial in the carfax, but do not know otherwise. If it wasn’t for the paint meter showing thicker readings for the hood one could never discern visually.

  • Mitternachtsbar (seller) 1 year, 4 monthsago

Thanks RufMK. Hopefully the PCAR team removes it shortly. The cars actual build/option sheet is picture 107.
I also have about 5 videos being uploaded covering cold start, idling, revving, road merger, walk around, and acceleration.

Great looking Macan..just a heads up the last pic in your gallery is for a 911 Turbo S

  • artichoke (registered bidder) 1 year, 4 monthsago

Any issues at all with the car? Were the air bags deployed in the Carafe listed accident?

  • Mitternachtsbar (seller) 1 year, 4 monthsago

Hello everyone. Welcome to the sale of my Macan Turbo. It’s been an awesome machine all around, however being that it’s not a primary vehicle it just doesn’t get driven that much. It needs to go to someone that will appreciate it regularly and used it more, as was built for. I’ll be available all week with any questions and will check in late evenings EST every day to answer them. Thank you.
