It is our pleasure to offer this 2018 Porsche Panamera 4 Sport Turismo E-Hybrid, finished in Amethyst Metallic over Agate Grey leather. When Porsche introduced its 918 Spyder hypercar in 2013, it marked a change in philosophy for the company to retain high performance while lowering fuel consumption and environmental impact. The 918's hybrid racing technology and Acid Green accents would eventually make its way down to the rest of Porsche's lineup including the Cayenne and Panamera. This generously optioned Panamera 4 E-hybrid features the desirable Sport Turismo configuration, Porsche Ceramic Composite brakes, 21" Exclusive Design wheels, Premium Package Plus and other premium options amounting to an original sticker price of over $144k. This 2018 example is currently being offer with approximately 17k miles showing on the odometer by its seller out of Ohio.

The Amethyst Metallic exterior paint is reported by the seller to be in excellent condition with clear protective film installed over the entire front end.  Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX. This particular example is optioned with the sought-after Sport Turismo package, extending the roof to make this Panamera an estate-style hatchback at the cost of over $10k. This vehicle also was factory equipped with the Premium Package Plus, adding the LED-Matrix Headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus. The car features Porsche E-hybrid badges in Acid Green, and behind the wheels are the large Acid Green brake calipers of the Porsche Composite Brake system. Ordered with the 21" Exclusive Design wheels in Satin Platinum, the original Pirelli P-Zero PZ4 tires are still fitted and are stated to be in good condition for driving.

The Agate Grey leather interior is reported to be in great condition, with the only flaw being some very light scratches on the piano black trim as depicted in the photo gallery. All gauges and accessories are said to be working properly and the factory specification sheet reads as follows:

  • 1N3     Power Steering Plus
  • 1ZQ     Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) in Acid Green
  • 2ZH     Steering Wheel Heating
  • 3GN    Cargo Management System
  • 44C     21" Exclusive Design wheels in Satin Platinum
  • 6A7     Fire Extinguisher
  • 6G2     6-Disc CD/DVD Changer
  • 8A4     ParkAssist (Front and Rear) incl. Surround View
  • 9AH     4-zone Climate Control
  • 9JB      Smoking Package
  • DL       Leather Interior in Agate Grey
  • KB2     7.2 kW Onboard Charger
  • N6       Amethyst Metallic
  • P51     Premium Package Plus
  • P55     Assistance Package
  • QH1    Voice Control

Under the hood is a twin-turbocharged 2.9L V6 engine, supplemented by an electric motor for a total of 462 HP and 405 lb.-ft torque. Through an 8-speed automatic PDK transmission, acceleration form 0-60 is achieved in approximately 5 seconds. This particular example comes equipped with Power Steering Plus and the race-inspired Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake system (PCCB), which are about 50% lighter than the stock units, require less maintenance, and provide serious stopping power with its larger rotors and calipers. This Panamera is said to be in excellent mechanical condition and all routine maintenance is reported to be up to date. This 971 also comes factory equipped with a 7.2kW onboard charger which reduces charging time to a little under two hours when hooked up to a 240-watt power source.

This sale includes a clean Ohio title, 2 keys, owner's books and tools, as well as the original window sticker. Also included are Porsche all-weather floor mats and the necessary charging equipment for the vehicle. This well-equipped Panamera 4 Sport Turismo is just waiting for its next owner to get behind the wheel, do not miss out.

  • tegwj (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

    sorry, also P51...

  • tegwj (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

Thanks! One last Q, trying to confirm what's in P55 Assistance Pkg?

  • hhmotorcarsllc (seller) 3 yearsago

@hhmotorcarsllc looking back through the book it was an option under the PDCC but did not feel strongly enough to have it built on the car.

  • hhmotorcarsllc (seller) 3 yearsago

@tegwj in regards to the rear wheel steering we did not test drive an example with this and did not feel confident enough to order it for this car. The car was built as an excellent highway star and we did not feel strongly enough on the active anti roll bars...and come to thing of it we didn't see it as an option when the car was ordered.

  • tegwj (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

@hhmotorcarsllc thx. Can you share thoughts on why the car wasn't specced with some of the popular chassis options? Rear wheel steering, active ARBs etc?

  • hhmotorcarsllc (seller) 3 yearsago

@tegwj NEVER any smoking in the car. The smoking package was optioned because it added the powered cigarette lighter for chargers, etc.

  • tegwj (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

Any visible or other evidence of smoking? I see the smoker's package on the build list.

@artichoke Sport Turismo is a V-6, twin turbo, making 330 hp/295 lb-ft on gas and electric motor adding 136 hp, for a combined total of: 462 hp / 516 lb-ft.

Depending on throttle position and driving mode, the car starts out on the electric motor and engages the gas engine on more throttle opening. Mat the gas and the driver has maximum power of 462 hp/516 lb-ft, with a published 0 to 60 mph time of 4.4 seconds – it’s very quick.

I test drove a Macan and the Panamera back to back and the significant difference is the rock solid ride of the Panamera and the much smoother shifting 8 speed PDK transmission compared to the 7 speed PDK in the Macan. I still own an ’88 930 track car and have owned a C4, C4S, GT3 and the Panamera performance doesn’t leave anything on the table in comparison – it’s amazing for a large wagon. In the Sport Plus mode the car is lower, the shift points are held longer and are faster and the ride is sharper. The PCCB’s are phenomenal.

Selling the car because we are ready for something new. You won’t be disappointed with the drive and the performance.

@hhmotorcarsllc Thanks! I know this is subjective, but how do you rate the acceleration? I have a Mecan S a 993 C4 & a 997 C4S. It would replace the Mecan, which is a little underpowered. Why are you selling it?

@artichoke The grand total overall combined mileage per gallon from delivery in 2018 to now is 29 mpg per the onboard computer. This combined mileage includes all driving, city and trips. Of note is that the car will go approximately 700 miles on a tank of gas in City driving conditions assuming one is able to charge the car at the end of each day. A full electric charge range is approximately 28 miles and is most efficient on surface streets at 35mph +/-, that mileage drops off at highway speeds. Remember, in Hybrid Auto Mode the car ‘toggles’ back and forth between gas and electric based on throttle position. On a trip when the battery runs all the way down it will continue to toggle back and forth with regenerative charging to a low level or the driver can select the ‘Charge’ mode and the engine will recharge the battery to ‘full’ on the fly. A full charge on the fly takes about 28 miles, the same range as the charge is. A charge at home takes 2 ½ hours with the onboard 7.2kW charger and a 240volt/single phase outlet. The rotary selector button on the steering wheel allows the driver to select the driving modes and the touchscreen allows the driver to select additional charging modes. The home charger and a selection of charging cords is included with the car. Of note, the charger is portable in that one could have multiple outlets to plug the Home charger into (home, office, vacation etc.)

@artichoke nope. I think it adds a nice bit of color to the interior too.

@hhmotorcarsllc Thanks! Always had one in my track car, but seeing it in a street car is somewhat concerning, (no issue with Hybrids spontaneously combusting?).

  • hhmotorcarsllc (seller) 3 yearsago

@hhmotorcarsllc the fire extinguisher can be removed pretty easily too if desired. Two bolts attach it to the seat bracket.

  • hhmotorcarsllc (seller) 3 yearsago

@artichoke it’s just an option that was added when the car was built. Starting seeing this option around 996/997 if I recall as a reflection of some race car spirit.

  • artichoke (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

    What's with the fire extinguisher?

  • Yags (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

Thanks for confirming that and supplying the service records. Glad that the car has almost 1.5 years left on the factory warranty.

  • hhmotorcarsllc (seller) 3 yearsago

@Yags Original in service date is 9/27/2018.

Scans of the service records will be up in the gallery soon.

  • Yags (registered bidder) 3 yearsago

What was the original in service date? Also do you have printouts of the maintenance records or service history

  • hhmotorcarsllc (seller) 3 yearsago

Hello everyone. Seller representing the car here. Just wanted to add a little more information. The car has some further warranty not listed above...this includes:

The Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Plan has been purchased and is in effect for 5 years/50,000 miles – as it implies it covers all factory scheduled maintenance requirements for the vehicle
The Porsche Multi-Coverage Protection – Platinum Protection Plan has been purchased and this Premier Package includes Tire & Wheel, Dent Protection, Windshield Protection and Key Protection
