We are pleased to present this 2019 BMW F90 M5 Competition finished in Alpine White III over Aragon Brown Extended Merino leather. An even more aggressive version of the already potent F90 M5, the Competition model delivers more power, an upgraded and stiffened suspension, and unique styling treatments. This handsomely equipped example was purchased new by its owner at an original MSRP of almost $118k with the optional Executive and Driving Assistance Plus packages. This M5 is now being offered at auction by its seller out of New York with just over 6500 miles showing on the odometer.

This example is finished in Alpine White III (300) and features M5-specific details including wider aluminum fenders, an aluminum hood, specialized front and rear bumpers, and an exposed carbon-fiber roof panel. The Competition model receives high-gloss black Shadowline trim on the front kidney grills, exterior window trim, mirror caps, side fender vents, rear lip spoiler, and the rear diffuser. The signature M-Power quad exhaust tips are also finished in black, and the door handle inserts are paint-matched to the rest of the exterior.  Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. This M5 Competition rides on factory 20” BMW Style 789M Y-spoke wheels with silver faces and black windows, dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

Inside, the cabin has been appointed with Aragon Brown Extended Merino leather as well as Dark Aluminum Carbon Structure trim. The 20-way adjustable multi-function front seats feature heating, cooling, and massage functions along with illuminated M5 badging. The dashboard and center console are covered in contrasting black leather, and the headliner is upholstered in Anthracite Alcantara. The black seat belts feature tri-color M embroidery and ahead of the driver sits a 3-spoke heated multi-function M-sport steering wheel with paddle shifters. Standard driver amenities include Comfort Access keyless entry, a power tailgate, navigation with Advanced Real-Time Traffic Information, BMW Gesture Control, Apple Carplay, and a Harmon Kardon surround sound system.  Equipped with the optional Executive Package, this example received soft-closing automatic doors, rear sunshades, rear-seat heating, 4-zone climate control, Parking Assistant Plus, Active Parking distance control, wireless charging, and the 3D-Surround View camera system. It was also ordered with Active Driving Assistant Plus, which features Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Active Lane-Keep Assistance with side collision avoidance, Traffic Jam Assistant, Evasion Aid, and front Cross-Traffic Alert.

The M5 Competition is powered by a 4.4L twin-turbocharged V8 engine rated at 617 HP and 553 lb.-ft of torque. It is capable of reaching 60 mph in about 3 seconds with an electronically governed top speed of 155 MPH. An 8-speed ZF M-Steptronic automatic transmission with an Active M Differential sends power through BMW’s M xDrive AWD system, which offers three drive modes including a rear-wheel-drive only option. Compared with the standard M5, the Competition features stiffer motor mounts, firmer springs and dampers, heavy-duty front sway bar mounts, and a thicker rear sway bar. The F90 M5’s M Drive system allows the driver to optimize the vehicle's driving characteristics with two red buttons on either side of the steering wheel controlling the dynamic dampers, throttle response, transmission modes, and M-Sport Exhaust system. This M5 has been serviced solely at Otto’s BMW of West Chester, PA, and records are available on CARFAX.
