Introduced in 2015 as the successor to the 458 Italia, the 488 Gran Turismo Berlinetta (GTB) was the first turbocharged mid-engined Ferrari since the legendary F40, with its award-winning 3.9L V8 generating over 660 HP. Improving on more than just power, the 488 features an array of Ferrari motorsport-derived technology including active aerodynamics, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, adaptive suspension, lightweight construction, and a full suite of Ferrari driver assistance systems. This 2019 example was ordered in Bianco Avus over a Nero leather interior and was delivered new to Ferrari of Central New Jersey in May of 2019 at a sticker price of just over $301k, optioned with Goldrake carbon fiber racing seats with Alcantara inner trim, the carbon fiber Driving Zone with a steering wheel-mounted LED tachometer, 20” forged dark-finished wheels and more. Under the coverage of its original warranty until August of 2022 and showing under 500 miles on the odometer, this 488 GTB is now being offered for auction by its owner out of New Hampshire.

The body is finished in Bianco Avus (100) with a removable gloss black vinyl wrap on the roof. Exterior equipment includes optional Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, black sport exhaust pipes, yellow Brembo brake calipers, rear parking sensors, an F1-style center-mounted brake light, and 20” Dark Painted forged wheels which are mounted with the original Michelin Pilot Super Sport K3 tires.

The cabin features Nero leather upholstery extending to the upper dashboard, door panels, and center console accented by special-ordered Bianco (3000) contrast stitching throughout. The Goldrake carbon fiber-backed racing seats are sized Large and were optioned with Alcantara inner trim inserts and stitched Prancing Horse emblems on the headrests. Interior options consist of carbon fiber trim which adorns the shift paddles and steering wheel, which is equipped with an LED tachometer, matching floor mats with white 488 GTB embroidery, and a white rev counter. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a six-speaker sound system, navigation, and dual digital instrument screens.

The 488 GTB is powered by a Type F154CB 3.9L V8 with twin Honeywell turbochargers featuring low-density titanium-aluminide turbine wheels and twin air-to-air intercoolers. This fully aluminum dry-sump lubricated engine features a flat-plane crankshaft, direct injection, and continuously variable valve timing. Over 660 HP and 560 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels by way of a Getrag 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The 488 can accelerate to 60 MPH from a standstill in under 3 seconds and continue to a top speed of over 220 MPH. Performance equipment includes Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes derived from the LaFerrari hybrid hypercar, a magnetorheological active suspension, an E-Diff3 electronic limited-slip differential, and Ferrari Side-Slip Angle Control advanced traction control. The seller reports a recent service has been carried out by Ferrari of New England in March of 2022.

This sale will include the original window sticker and a clean title.

@HelpMeHelpU lol I see what you did there.

I think this will blow past MSRP with under 500 miles =)

  • HelpMeHelpU (registered bidder) 2 yearsago

I figure it must be worth at least 50% of MSRP in today’s market. :-)
