A special tribute to Formula One champion Ayrton Senna, the McLaren Senna XP Home Victory Edition was created in collaboration between McLaren Beverly Hills and McLaren Special Operation (MSO) as a celebration of Senna’s victory at his home race at Interlagos in 1991. It represents one of three one-of-one special editions that were created to commemorate different highlights of Senna’s racing career with McLaren. The car began life as a pre-production prototype and was completely rebuilt by MSO featuring an exposed Visual Carbon Fiber finish with green and yellow accents to represent the Brazilian Flag. The car is adorned with a green leather interior with green-tinted carbon fiber interior trim, Brazilian flag headrest insignias, a Brazilian flag on the rear wing, green brake calipers, and a race-derived Push-to-Drink system for the driver. This highly collectible one-off McLaren Senna has been driven less than 600 miles and is now being offered for auction by its owner out of Florida.

The McLaren Senna debuted at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show featuring advanced aerodynamic bodywork designed by Robert Melville paired with McLaren’s MonoCage III carbon-fiber monocoque chassis. It incorporates large air intakes, a Formula One-inspired roof scoop, rear air louvers, a double-element rear diffuser, and a large electronically adjustable rear wing that also acts as an airbrake. The twin-hinge dihedral doors feature high-strength Gorilla Glass windows and lower panels that provide a unique sense of speed and connectedness to the road. The top-mounted Inconel-titanium exhaust system is finished with dual outlet pipes surrounded by a heat shield finished in matte black.

The Senna XP Home Victory Edition is distinguished by a Visual Carbon Fiber gloss finish with green and yellow accents on the front bonnet, sills, roof scoop, and rear bumper. The MSO Bespoke rear wing features a replica of the Brazilian flag on top and yellow #1 markings on the matte carbon fiber endplates. Green-painted brake calipers are mounted behind 19”/20” ultra-lightweight 9-spoke wheels in gloss black with green and yellow center locks. The seller notes the car is preserved by clear paint protection film including double layers on certain areas.

The MSO Bespoke cockpit is flanked by green-tinted carbon fiber inner sills with matching carbon fiber bucket seats featuring green leather pads, racing safety harnesses, and Brazilian flag headrest embroideries. Green-tinted carbon is also used for the door panels, dashboard, steering wheel, and central tunnel. The steering wheel is topped with a green and yellow 12 o’clock marker and a plaque is located in the driver’s door jamb which reads “Interlagos ’91” and “1 of 1”. The MSO Bespoke sills also feature an image of Ayrton Senna at the Interlagos winner’s podium along with his signature. Accessories include a Bowers & Wilkins seven-speaker audio system, a portrait-style infotainment system, dual-zone automatic climate control, an MSO Push-to-Drink system, and McLaren Track Telemetry which allows the driver to record performance data during track sessions.

Beneath the lightweight polycarbonate engine cover lies a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter dry-sump M840TR 90 V8 engine that generates up to 789 HP and 590 lb.-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 7-speed McLaren dual-clutch Seamless Shift transmission and open differential with a Formula One-inspired brake-based torque vectoring system. The Senna can reach 60 MPH from a standstill in as little as 2.7 seconds with a top speed of over 210 MPH. The independent double-wishbone suspension includes McLaren’s hydraulic RaceActive Chassis Control II which monitors road conditions and driver input to control ride height, damping stiffness, and body roll. Stopping power comes from 390mm carbon-ceramic discs paired with forged monobloc 6-piston calipers front in front and 4-piston calipers in the rear. The driver can select between three powertrain and transmission modes from the Active Dynamics Panel. Service completed in December 2022 included an oil change and fresh brake fluid.

This sale will include two keys, service records, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: "The car is perfection."
