We are pleased to present this 2019 McLaren Senna finished in Midnight Purple with a Mauvine Purple Carbon Fiber and black Alcantara interior. Named for Ayrton Senna, the legendary Formula One driver who won three World Driver’s Championships with McLaren from 1988 to 1993, the Senna is the crown jewel in McLaren’s Ultimate Series portfolio, joining the fabled McLaren F1 and P1 in the top tiers of hyper-car performance and exclusivity. The McLaren Senna was limited to just 500 units worldwide, with approximately 120 vehicles designated for the United States market. Based on the McLaren 720S, the Senna showcases extensive use of lightweight carbon fiber, a 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 producing 789 HP, and Formula One-inspired aerodynamics. Each Senna is hand-built at the McLaren Technology Centre in Surrey, England, and takes over 300 man-hours to complete each vehicle. This one-of-a-kind Senna was custom-tailored through the McLaren Special Operations (MSO) Bespoke program, and features an extensive list of unique options including the Midnight Purple exterior finish, Mauvine Blue brake calipers, Mauvine Purple Visual Carbon Fiber (VCF) interior trim, MSO Defined satin carbon-fiber door sills, VCF Satin Front Aero Blades, and more. Delivered new to McLaren Boston as chassis #210/500, this stunning 2019 Senna is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida with under 200 miles showing on the odometer.

The Senna is constructed from a featherweight carbon-fiber MonoCage III chassis, clad in carbon-fiber body panels designed to optimize aerodynamics and promote downforce. With a dry weight of 2,641 pounds, the Senna offers an incredible power-to-weight ratio of 598 HP per ton and can generate up to 1,764 lbs. of downforce at 155 MPH. Aerodynamic features include large front and side air intakes, a Formula One-inspired roof scoop, rear air louvers, a double-element rear diffuser, and a large electronically adjustable rear wing that also acts as an airbrake.

This Senna is finished in MSO Bespoke Midnight Purple, a $19,757 option, and is said to be the only Senna in existence wearing this striking color.  The front aero blades are also finished in MSO Bespoke Satin carbon fiber. The twin-hinge dihedral doors feature Gorilla Glass windows and lower panels as well as MSO Bespoke Midnight Purple door struts to match the exterior. The top-mounted Inconel-titanium exhaust system features three outlet pipes and is protected by a heat shield finished in Dark Stealth. This Senna rides on center-locking ultra-lightweight Dark Stealth finished 19”/20” 9-spoke wheels, fastened with MSO Bespoke Midnight Purple center wheel nuts, and wrapped in McLaren-specific Pirelli P-Zero Trofeo R MC2 tires.

The interior of this McLaren Senna is upholstered in black Alcantara suede with MSO Bespoke VCF tinted Mauvine Purple trim, a $29,370 option. Weighing just over 7 pounds each, the hollow Super-Lightweight carbon-fiber touring-sized racing bucket seats feature a Mauvine Purple carbon-fiber shell with black Alcantara padding and embossed Senna logos in the headrests. Mauvine Purple carbon-fiber trim lines the dashboard, center console, and lower door panels, extending to the MSO Defined Satin carbon-fiber door sills. A plaque denoting the individual chassis number is located by the driver’s footwell, in addition to a Senna badge on the passenger side dash. The steering wheel is trimmed in Carbon Black Alcantara suede with Mauvine Purple inserts and sits ahead of a folding digital instrument display.

Driver amenities include dual-zone climate control, front and rear parking sensors with reverse camera, an 8" Active Dynamic Control Panel touchscreen display with navigation, a Bowers & Wilkins 7-speaker sound system, and McLaren Track Telemetry, which allows the driver to record performance data during track sessions.

Located beneath the lightweight polycarbonate engine cover, the mid-mounted 4.0L twin-turbocharged dry-sump M840TR 90 V8 generates up to 789 HP and 590 lb.-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 7-speed McLaren dual-clutch Seamless Shift transmission and open differential with a Formula One-inspired brake-based torque vectoring system. The Senna can reach 60 MPH from a standstill in as little as 2.7 seconds with a top speed over 210 MPH. One of the most advanced suspension systems developed for a road-going car, McLaren’s hydraulic RaceActive Chassis Control II uses a computational algorithm based on road conditions and driver input to control ride height, dampening stiffness, and body roll. Braking is handled by massive 390mm carbon-ceramic discs paired with forged monobloc 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers. The driver can select three powertrain and transmission modes: Comfort, Sport, and Track, from the Active Dynamics Panel.
