It comes finished in White over a Black and Guards Red interior with Sport-Tex seat centers, optioned with a manual transmission, the Premium Package, Adaptive Sport Seats, the Sport Chrono Package, and Burmester High-End Surround Sound System. The Carrera T comes standard with an aerodynamic front spoiler lip, black tailpipes, SportDesign exterior mirrors in Agate Grey Metallic, and “911 Carrera T” graphics on the doors. This Coupe is finished in White and features an optional rear window wiper as well as deletion of lightweight glass. Factory 20” Carrera S wheels are finished Titanium Grey and were mounted with new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires during Spring of 2022. As standard, the Carrera T comes with a mechanical rear differential lock as well as the Sport Chrono Package, Sport Exhaust System, and PASM Sport Suspension lowered by 20mm. The power output and engine performance have been upgraded with COBB Stage 1 software, and the suspension tuning is modified with a DSC Sport module. The seller states oil changes have been performed annually and the CARFAX report shows a 10k-mile interval service completed at Prestige Audi of Lakewood, Colorado, in July 2020.

It has been a joy to have owned (19) 911’s
since 1973. The 3 worst were 1975, 1976, and the 1977 model years. Without question or reservation, the BEST has been my 2018 Porsche 911 T 991.2

I’ve had them all. The Carrera 911 T (2018) is in my Top 3. You name em’ I’ve had em’. The 2018 & 2019 T’s are truly exceptional.

When added - started in comfort, turned to sport, back to comfort, back to sport.

  • nhskibm (seller) 1 year, 6 monthsago

@VitaminZ uploaded for ya. Lived in Golden for a year so after any snow driving would wash it immediately upon return from the mtns. Then it hibernated all winter in NH. So nice and clean!

@VitaminZ I’ll get pics but the car was never out in the NH winter. Not once.

  • VitaminZ 1 year, 6 monthsago

Seller, I did not see any underbody pictures as I am curious if there is any underbody surface rust such as on the lower control arms, etc.. I live in CO (not too far from Prestige Porsche) and agree with your comment that they do not use salt on the road here while I presume they use salt on the roads in NH. If you have any pics of the underside could you please share?

Great answer. Also, “rear wiper deletes lightweight glass” ok too!

  • nhskibm (seller) 1 year, 6 monthsago

    @cwbryson - great question.

    Three reasons:
    1. I knew there was a chance the car would spend time in CO. Since they don't use salt there I wasn't afraid to use it in the winter. So I wanted rear defrost which only comes with the rear wiper.
    2. It also would mostly spend time in NH. New England weather is unpredicatble - rear wiper is nice to be able to see.
    3. Most importantly - I just think rear wipers on a 911 are cool. To get the rear wiper it automatically deleted the lightweight glass. It was a trade off I was willing to make since I wasn't planning on chasing seconds with the car.

All in all is still sounds amazing and visceral in sport mode with exhaust on.

  • cwbryson (registered bidder) 1 year, 6 monthsago

I’ve never seen one with deletion of lightweight glass. What was the thought process?

  • nhskibm (seller) 1 year, 6 monthsago

@yam931 Copy of the DME page with over revs now uploaded. The whole report was 120 pages but figured this is what matters the most to everyone.

    According to the techs:
    Range 1 is meaningless
    Range 2 is hitting redline
    Range 3-5 is no bueno
    Range 6 is catastrophic

Service manager said that Porsche will only CPO with things in Range 1 and 2 and anything 3 or above is not eligible for CPO. AKA they said the T was good to go!

Apparently I didn't drive it hard enough lol :)

Also, it isn't sold yet but I was having pre-sellers remorse as the drive to the dealer is 1.5+ hours and man, this thing's FUN.

I also have a T. Probably my favorite 911. I sold a Turbo S to get it. I don’t miss the 580hp . Someone will get a great car. I’m a driver not a collector or I’d be tempted to bid. It is that good of a car. GLWTA.

  • nhskibm (seller) 1 year, 6 monthsago

@yam931 I don’t have a DME report and of course the auction ends Monday and I’m traveling til late tomorrow.

I’m the only owner. First through an LLC and then Personally. We did move town to town in NH so it looks like the knocked me as owner 2 when it transferred from LLC to personal and then again as owner 3 when we moved. Aside from about 50miles my better hold white knuckle drove in Germany all the miles were driven by me.

  • yam931 (registered bidder) 1 year, 6 monthsago

@nhskibm Do you have a DME report that you can share? Also, any idea why carfax list 3 owners if you did Euro delivery?

  • nhskibm (seller) 1 year, 6 monthsago

    Also a fun thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/991/1111743-the-unofficial-carrera-t-production-stats-7.html

If you go to post 91 it gets fun. If you believe it this T is 1 of 15 with Burmester, 1 of 13 with the rear wiper, and 1 of 3 delivered in Leipzig.

@starlightcoupe if you haven’t the COBB tune really wakes it up. Completely transforms the car.

  • starlightcoupe 1 year, 6 monthsago

I do own a 2019 T manual with buckets, rear axle steering, Alcantara, full Sport Chrono, LED headlights and tons of other options – and it's the best 911 I have owned so far! I know, it does not have the screaming engine of the GT3, yet it does not feel slow or boring at all. It is pure and simply great – and rare as well!

  • nhskibm (seller) 1 year, 6 monthsago

    Hi Everyone,

Thanks for stopping by the Carrera T's auction.

Backstory - for 20ish years I always thought I was going to do euro delivery with BMW. Having had BMWs from e21 through f30 and many, MANY, in between I figured some day there'd be an M2 or M3 or something. But in late 2018, I wasn't ecstatic with their line up and my friends said "hey, you should go drive this Carrera T they just released". Being naive I figured nothing to lose.

Well, 2 test drives, 9 months, and about 200 spec revisions later we flew over to Leipzig and picked up this Carrera T. I figured worst case we'd do the trip and swapalease when we came home or turn it in at 3 years. Yeah, funny thing about euro delivery, you fall in love with the car. So turned the lease into a buy and fastidiously maintained the car - and drove it.

Why this spec? If I wanted a race car I'd buy a GT car, while the T offers a great ability to get a "poor man's GT car" it's not one. I wanted a car to tour in, to use, to drive as the early models intended.

Why let it go? I love this car. LOVE it. But alas, it was not on the bucket list of cars and is seeing less frequent usage this year - and expect that frequency to carry into future years. Seeing an idle car bothers me so it needs a driver!

Where's it been? Well, that's fun - Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, and Austria. It's driven on Furka, Stelvio, and Grosslockner. I'll post pics periodically through the auction.

It's also spent it's US life 50/50 between CO and NH - always garaged and garaged clean.

Oh, and the COBB tune and DSC TRANSFORM the car. 10k+ miles on the COBB and no issues at all. If you are looking for a 991.2 and want something unique that's the best bang for the buck then this is the car for you.

Questions or picture requests please fire away - traveling until Thursday but will get any requests up ASAP on my return to NH!

    Thanks!

    Howard
